Northwest Como Recreation Center — Attraction in Saint Paul

Trash, I live a block away and I'm just tryna play basketball but I can't cuz they lock the hoop up I'm just trying to get better but they always lock up the hoop, they have weird hours, they don't have the best staff but the black lady in her early 50s/late 40s is nice and gave me a free popsicle, they need to renovate the inside and have more activities for teens and my sister signed up for 14u softball and then they gave her a refund but they refused to give it to us in cash and instead mailed it to us and then after all they don't have that much free activities for teens....
