Disappointed with Yesterday's Experience
I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews because I believe in focusing on the positive. However, I feel compelled to share my experience at Carl's Jr. yesterday morning in the hopes it leads to improvement.
Typically, when my family and I visit, the staff are incredibly kind, and the food is fresh and enjoyable. Unfortunately, yesterday was a completely different story. My son and I went in for breakfast, ordering two breakfast burgers. We requested no cheese, no ketchup, and barbecue sauce instead—something we've never had an issue with in the past.
The moment I placed my order, the drive-thru attendant's attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming, as if my request was an inconvenience. This interaction made me wonder if the sandwiches were pre-made, which is fine if adjustments are handled properly. However, when we received our food, it was clear our request had been ignored. The sandwiches had cheese and ketchup, with barbecue sauce hastily added on top. The result was unappetizing and disappointing.
Reluctantly, I called the restaurant to address the issue. I spoke with someone who said she had made the sandwiches. While she apologized for the cheese, she seemed frustrated when I mentioned the ketchup. She denied it had been included and dismissed my concerns in a tone that felt defensive and unprofessional.
As someone with years of experience in customer service, I understand the challenges, but also the importance of treating customers with respect and kindness. Yesterday, I felt dismissed and unheard. It’s unfortunate to say we won’t be returning, especially since there aren’t many dining options in Falcon.
When people spend their hard-earned money, they deserve good service and the food they order. A little bit of decency and attention to detail can go a long way in creating a positive experience. I hope this feedback helps to ensure that future customers have a better experience...
Read moreIf you are ever wondering what it is like to receive a meal that was delicately made by a one armed walrus with parkinson's, look no farther. Not only do they handcraft the meal, but the employees will lovingly place your buger through a tortilla press, making it look as if it was thrown out of a window on the freeway at 70 miles per hour, then run over, which is pretty impressive, since all of the contents of your meal never traverse farther than 15ft from start to finish. Then there are the bacon fries. Lemme tell you, I have to admit, it feels good to get the last remaining 3 morsels of bacon on the entire planet earth. And as for the ranch?, well your in luck. They will wipe 2 or 3 fries on the ranch lid, utilizing the fries that were made, in what tastes like 1947, so they are hard and as stale as everyone could only dream about. But wait, it gets even better! Bring your child along so they can join in on the experience!! Order the kids star nuggets, and if you are lucky, they will get to enjoy the experience of eating delicious hand breaded ice cubes, fresh from the freezer!! And to top it all off, bring it back so they can look at you with those glazed over eyes that scream dedication (or lack of consciousness) as they pine to be the next executive, telling you there is nothing wrong with your order. I feel it is only fitting that since their logo is a star, that they should only receive one, regardless of the wonderful experience of seeing what it takes to deserve...
Read moreUpdate: Thank you to whomever was cooking burgers on Sunday, July 16. It was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Perfectly cooked, generous toppings and nicely seasoned. Paired with zucchini, it was a delicious lunch! Please manager, give kudos to your cook. They're doing a great job!
Compared to most restaurants in the area, this is a breakfast that is great for the money, fast, nicely cooked and delicious. Biscuit and gravy, potatoes and scrambled eggs for $6. The coffee isn't bad although they don't offer the flavored coffees.
I'd give it five stars if the other times I've been here it was better. The drive through is really slow, even when they're not busy. The grease tastes old when I've ordered zucchini or fries. I've had the turkey burger and the low carb burger, both quite good, just it took forever to get them.
I highly recommend this restaurant for a breakfast option which puts it in great standing, considering this area has few who serve breakfast and even fewer that are of...
