I rarely ever leave reviews, but I had an awful experience with this restaurant and they deserve a bad review. I ordered a sandwich from them using Uber eats and it came wrong. I specifically said no peppers and the sandwich came covered in peppers. I can’t eat peppers so I had to throw the sandwich away. I called the restaurant and talked to them about it. The first gentleman I spoke to was very kind he apologized and said he would see if he could get a new sandwich out I said unfortunately I won’t be here at this location long enough, but I just wanted to let him know. I appreciated his apology. A few minutes later. I got a phone call from the restaurant. They must’ve used caller ID or something to look up my number and call me back. I assume the manager called, just to be rude to me?!?! He literally called me and told me that it was my problem and that I ordered the sandwich wrong. I definitely didn’t, I mean I put no peppers, it means no peppers?!. They put peppers on it. I can’t see how I did that wrong nonetheless I’m just shocked that he took the time to call me back just to be rude?!? I tried to explain to him that I had put it on there correctly so he’d know and he literally just hung up on me. I’m never experienced anything like that before. What was the point in calling me back just to be rude and upset me? Falcon is a small town. It takes nothing to...
Read moreI want to start by saying that I do have an allergy to onion.. My wife and I live way out in the plains and decided to use door dash and splurge on some taste of Philly. A food chain that has been put on my "do not return to" list due to the fact that no matter the location I find diced onion in my order that always says.....you guessed it..... No onion......
But it's been a couple years and this is a new location so I'm sure they are being vigilant. Let's give them a try says the wife.
I ordered a large original with bacon, extra meat, wiz, and ranch annnnnnnnnd no onions. I quadruple checked this before tipping the driver 20 dollars for driving all the way out here. My wife ordered a large works.
Her order was correct and that the only reason you're getting the second star.
I opened my near 40 dollar sandwich and you can probably guess by now is loaded with diced onions that I cannot pick out and I now get to throw this sandwich right into the trash. As stated I have an allergy and cannot eat them. Door dash was able to refund me but nothing can describe how bad it feels to spend 100 dollars on a dinner and have it delivered just so you can watch your wife eat what you're craving while I'm stuck eating a bowl of corn flakes.
Thanks...
Read moreAbsolutely incredible! If you're a fan of cheesesteaks, this place is an absolute must-visit. From the moment you walk in, you're hit with the delicious aroma of grilled onions and steak. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with friendly staff who clearly take pride in their work. This is located in the same building as Jax Brewery, so you can grab yourself a beer while you eat.
Now, let's talk about the cheesesteak itself — it’s nothing short of perfection. The steak is tender and juicy, with a rich, savory flavor that’s balanced beautifully by the gooey, perfectly melted cheese. The bread is soft yet sturdy, holding everything together without getting soggy. It’s the ideal vessel for this masterpiece. You can customize your cheesesteak with a variety of toppings, but I went with the classic original with grilled onions and white american cheese.
The portion sizes are generous, so you definitely get your money’s worth. I’m usually a big eater, but even I had trouble finishing the whole thing!
If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and swing by. Whether you're a cheesesteak connoisseur or a casual fan, this spot will leave you craving more. Easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Highly, highly...
