Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fall River

I really hate to do this because I go here a lot, and I often feel bad for the women working because it's so busy sometimes and the people they have to deal with, but today I had the worst service ever and it was more than something I want to just let go. This morning there was a complete ogre working front register. First off, I walk in not ready to order and this was the first time there was no line at all. I'm assuming this person was a manager because it had a grey collard shirt and that made it even worse, but I'm standing practically at the coolers and they loudly say "what can I get you!?" A little bit louder and it would've been a full yell. (Keep in mind every word out their mouth was straight rude with attitude) so I look at them shocked and say "I wasn't ready to order yet but okay" and I just ordered my "safe" go to cause it can't get messed up which is the 6 dollar meal. She goes "well! Do you want it egg and cheese or bacon egg and cheese" which took me back cause its a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and if I didn't want bacon I wouldn't have asked... they usually just ask what Bread I want and as I go to say on croissant she's already saying "okay on a croissant and hot or iced" so again I stare for a second in disbelief why she's cutting me off and being so aggressive, and I then just go yeah and I order THE SAME COFFEE I DO EVERY TIME HOT. And I even confirm it's hot, and I order it, but because she kept trying to cut me off she couldn't get down how I was ordering it and I had to repeat it 3 times. The she finally finishes belittling me over breakfast and goes to make the coffee and guess what? It's iced. I hate iced coffee. And so I'm thinking how I just wanted to ignore it cause she rang it iced and I don't want to continue to deal with this person, but then I think back to how they just talked to me and how they were trying to rush me and so I say it was suppose to be hot. This woman really said "well I asked you and even confirmed it and you said iced but I guess I'll make it hot" now I'm not a confrontational person at all and I hate to be but I was so upset I had to defend myself and said "no actually I said hot, but you were rushing me and cutting me off. I get the same coffee all the time, you asked me and I said hot." And I'm still not speaking to this person even half as bad as they were speaking to me. But what really pissed me off was the manager who was on sandwiches who didn't say anything. I really hope she did when I left. I worked at dunks for years, I am so patient with those women at any dunks because I know how hard it gets, but I know a bad person when I smell one and she was stinking of misery. It was clear she didn't want to be there and was checked out, taking it out on customers. Let's say there is a .01 percent chance I said iced, even if , is that hot you talk to customers? Is that how you treat people? Cause usually I go "oops sorry I'll make that again" I know mistakes happen but it's about how you handle them. Idk if it was just me or if she talks like that to everyone, but if she is indeed a manager talking to even one person like that, her position seriously needs to be...

I normally do not post any reviews on anything. However seeing that during this time is not busy and it wasn’t busy when I arrived I need to post this. I placed an order for a caramel frozen drink that has whipped cream. I pre ordered online and it clearly says whip cream. I pull up and said I have an online order and there was already a tone on the other end. She hands me the frozen drink with the whipped cream and she said is not in the sticker so you don’t get it. I tell her it was an online order and it was on there and she said of you didn’t ask is not going on. My online order clearly states it but instead of sitting there arguing with ignorant incompetent employees I drove off even though I had proof that the request was most definitely on the order. The Milliken Dunks is spot on and their customer service impeccable so far, they would have been like, let me check and just add it. Good Customer service is not so common. Annoyed and will not go back...

A gentleman was seemingly bending over to get a Red Bull from the store and the person with a backwards cap and blue shirt on Aug 14 2023 was making remarks about his underwear showing I presume. It was so loud I could hear it from the other side of the store. She was saying the worst things about the poor guy he wasn’t doing anything but looking for something to drink not even from that below level Dunkin Donuts. Why was she not wiping down those dirty counters instead of looking and making disgusting remarks about the other stores male customers and patreons? If this is how Dunkin Donuts at Rodman st treats people then they will have to explain in court why it is okay for them to be making remarks about underwear while clocked in.
