New China — Restaurant in Fall River

I’ve been going here when me and my fiancé crave Chinese food. They used to be really good a couple years back but recently the foods been low quality and inedible. My fiancé got food poisoning last night. She ordered the daily combo with the chicken wing, fried wonton, and teriyaki beef. She gets this same order every time. She was screaming for me at 1:50am because she was in the bathroom actually covered in puke. She got dizzy, stomach pain,( toilet troubles), puking, the whole 9 yards. This girl never pukes I’ve been with her for 6 years and she’s puked 3 times since I’ve known her. I’m talking like exorcist puking. The floor covered, her shirt covered. It was the food. She felt better after puking but she continues to feel sick this morning. Idk what they did to the food but you need to have standards when it comes to food quality. I normally have good things to say about them. Ah she just texted me as I’m writing this that she is almost puking in her mouth and needing to use the bathroom. Listen just make your own food at home it’s cheaper anyway go to Aldi or something. You don’t know what these people do to your food. Never coming here again. I also have stomach pain but I ordered the chicken and broccoli revolution diet so my food was cleaner than hers. I had a couple bites of her food. Anyway thank you for listening to...

We placed the order online and came extremely late so our meals went away, they gave them to other customers which was ok because it would have been cold and it was quick meals to cook for them. So I had to wait about two minutes then they gave us our meals. Hopefully, I checked in the car and realised that they didn’t give me what I wanted. So I came back in. I had an eye contact with a woman and told her “hey” but she didn’t even respond and did something else, in front of me. It was extremely rude, in this case I’d rather assume she didn’t understand English... anyway, the woman who first took my order came back and explain me that they gave me the meal I ordered but that I did a mistake in the name. She told me it was ok and gave me what I expected.

Absolutely love the food at New China! Their online order system makes ordering quick and easy. Our favs have been Shrimp Mei Fun (thin noodles loaded with flavor, tasty pieces of scrambled eggs, onions, and plentiful shrimp / portion size for me is good for 3 meals, lol) as well as the General Tso's chicken (your choice of spiciness level, lots of chicken and sauce, and broccoli). Their fried rice is so delicious, we sometimes order just the rice to eat with protein we have at home. My husband loves their Bourbon Chicken. I'm personally not a fan because I've grown used to the bourbon chicken flavor at the mall 😂 Their spring rolls are good as well, just not my favorite of all time.
