Til Death Do Us ESCAPE – Midnight Games, Fall River MA
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars — A Legendary Night with Our Ride-or-Die Crew
If you’re looking for a night that literally slaps from start to finish, let me introduce you to our new obsession: Midnight Games in Fall River. We brought a 10-person crew to celebrate a joint bachelorette + bachelor party, and what we got was pure adrenaline, belly laughs, spooky vibes, and VIP-level hospitality.
From the second we walked in wearing our matching “Til Death Do Us Party” shirts (yes, we understood the assignment), the vibe was ON. This wasn’t just an escape room. This was a full-on experience — part haunted movie set, part mystery thriller, part family reunion with cocktails and chaos.

THE GAME: Midnight Mayhem for the Win
From giant glowing hearts on the wall to medieval goblets, creepy cages, haunted puzzles, and a few jump scares — this game had everything. We had moments where we were completely stumped, moments where we nailed it, and a LOT of moments where we screamed, laughed, and yelled out random guesses hoping something would click. (Spoiler: it usually didn’t, but we had fun trying!)
Even the youngest in our group was into it — helping, exploring, and absolutely thriving in the spooky-fun madness. It was the kind of night where memories are made and inside jokes are born.
⸻
THE SHOP: Horror Lovers, Prepare to Lose Control
Before (and after) our game, we got totally sucked into the gift shop — a Halloween-lover’s dreamland packed with skulls, soaps, ghost goodies, horror-themed collectibles, witch hats, and more. Seriously, it’s like Hot Topic had a baby with Spirit Halloween and decorated it with cursed candles. 10/10 would buy everything.

THE VIP TREATMENT: Mike & Chloe = Dream Team
What truly made this night unforgettable was the people. Mike Quill, the owner and game master extraordinaire, welcomed us like old friends. He didn’t just run the game — he personalized the entire experience for the bride and groom, made us laugh, made us feel seen, and made sure everything went off without a hitch. We weren’t just customers. We were the main characters.
And Chloe? Absolute rockstar. She was sweet, helpful, so attentive, and had the kind of energy that made you feel taken care of from start to finish. Whether she was explaining the rules, helping us get settled, or hyping us up before the big game — Chloe made it clear that every guest matters. She and Mike are a dynamic duo that know how to make an event feel epic and personal.
⸻
THE PRICE: Shockingly Affordable
For the level of production, the effort they put into making our group feel special, the immersive design, and the full 90-minute escape room madness — the price was ridiculously reasonable. We honestly expected it to cost way more. You could easily spend double somewhere else and not get even half the experience.

FINAL WORD: Stop Reading This & Book It Already.
Whether you’re throwing a bachelor/bachelorette bash, a birthday party, or just wanna test your friendships under stress (lol), Midnight Games is THE place to do it. You’ll laugh, scream, bond, and walk away with stories that’ll be told for years.
To Mike and Chloe: THANK YOU for treating us like VIPs and giving us a night we’ll never forget.
To everyone else reading this: Book. The. Room. NOW. And don’t forget your squad shirts and your game faces — you’re gonna need both.
Til death do us party, baby. – George & the (wild, weird, and absolutely legendary) Crew
P.S. We escaped… barely. But we looked damn...
Read moreI had a very good time with my friends! The theming and atmosphere were all excellent, the price point was decent, and everyone we talked to was incredibly friendly and nice. As someone who likes to design games and events like this, I think there were a few things that I think could be improved upon:
Variety in partners. In the games where we were paired off, everyone ended up having the same partner every time (the poison cup game, the crypt, the book game, the tower game, etc). This led to some stagnation in the pairings, when it would be extremely easy to mix up partners. Similarly, we had an odd player count, and our last player always felt like the odd on out having to play against someone that already played for all of the games. This is an incredibly easy fix, just have the trial masters mix up how partners are chosen. The game explanations felt rushed and unclear at times. We had approximately 2 seconds to ask for questions before being rushed into games so it was hard to get things straight in our heads. For example, in the beer pong game we had no idea what "the king" was (also why is he the shortest piece?), in the crypt we didn't fully understand how the rounds worked, and in the harp game we didn't know how to "select" a string to play, and two of my friends failed because they didn't understand how it worked. This could be fixed with just a slightly slower paced instruction time for each game, and longer space to ask questions. We started and ended early so I'm absolutely sure we weren't rushing for time. The final tiebreaker. Oh boy, this made me upset. Having the tie breakers be to PLAY THE FINAL GAME is a wild inequitable game design. Of course the player that got to play the game already for 5 minutes is gonna win. I personally think that quite literally any other tiebreaking method would've been better (i.e. a game of chance, a player vote, a selection from the taskmaster based off of enthusiasm, etc.) This is nitpicking, but it was unfortunate to see in ads the game where players sit in the revolving chairs, but then not actually get to play it. I hope that gets fixed soon, or the ads get changed to be more realistic.
Again, I had a very good time, and I would absolutely recommend this to friends. I just feel like there are so many easy things that can be fixed to make the experience better...

My Review: Literally the most fun I've had so far this year. I've already recommended it to others, but had to come here to leave a review because we had SUCH a blast. We are already excited to go again. We were scheduled for 9pm on a Friday and parking was free, readily available, and literally just across the street.
Know Before Going: I HIGHLY suggest going with an even number of people. We had 13 and it always felt like number 13 was getting left out/having to partner up w someone who already played their turn. Our guide always made sure it was someone that hadn't earned any points on the first try, and the challenges aren't so much skill based, so it still felt fair even if the person had already tried, but was still kind of a bummer.
While this is something you can sign up for alone or just as a couple, I don't think its something that I would have enjoyed as much if I was grouped up with strangers. The COMPETITION in the challenges is what makes it fun, its not necessarily the actual challenges themselves. The challenges are all unique but draw inspiration from common games like Simon Says etc. so I don't think it would be as fun competing with strangers, like, beer pong against your friends is way more fun than beer pong with a random couple you don't know. So I would say the ideal group would be 4-20 people, but def an even number, and I would ask if you could be like, a solo group.
Every room has like, fog machines going, and we were all dying of thirst by the end. But also if you have to use the bathroom during the challenges you miss out on points. I totally understand if they don't allow drinks in, I'd be surprised if they did tbh, so I wish there was like a 5 min water...
