Cashier and another coworker tried to steal a pay-it-forward chain. Charged me full price for my order, but they did not know my window was down and I heard the guy say "this is for the car behind me". I paid for my order and then asked the cashier what the gentleman in front said about my car and another girl pushed the younger male cashier aside and told me "He wanted to pay for your order, but it wasn't enough to cover it." I asked her what she was going to do with his money, just keep it? She then immediately side-looked at her tip jar and then back to me and offered to apply it to my bill. I told her to apply it to the lady behind me...not that I think she actually did. I filled out the survey and explained the situation. Requested a call from manager and never received one. May need to escalate this to corporate. Wonder if this is a pattern here.

Went there about 4:45 a.m. on Monday morning and they forgot to give me my straw. Unfortunately, the dining room was still closed so I had to go back into the drive-thru meanwhile there was 10 cars in front of me. When I finally got to the window the girl tried to give me a coffee but I told her that I got a whole bunch of napkins but no straw. So she rudely gave me a straw and as I was leaving told me to not come back. I actually stopped my car right there and walk back to the window and she wouldn't even open the window to confront me about what she had just said to me. However, I did ask the other girl who finally came over to open the window what the girl's name was and who the owner was and she said that the girl's name was Olivia and the owner's name was Ken so I will be calling the owner sometime this week to complain because if people don't like their job they shouldn't...

Went about 30 min ago 6:30am on 7/24 the 2 women working there are extremely rude my bf English is a bit broken he ordered one of the refreshers and smoked vanilla cold brew they gave him a watered down refresher I mean u could not taste any flavor he kindly asked if they can put a bit more flavor the drive thru women response was they are on a shortage and can't then gave him a regular small ice coffee instead of the drink he asked and told him thats what he order ppl are waiting ( unbelievable the service provided to ppl of different race its not the first time that he has had an encounter like this at this place ill be call to demand some answered on this issue but wanted ppl to know what's going on here especially with the workers on...
