Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fall River

This is the absolute worst DD! There is always flys on the donuts, they littery swarm the donut case! I will never go back. Everytime I order from here they have to remake my coffee and they still dont get it right, last time they remade it over seven times and I finally gave up and threw it away. Today my husband ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and recieved it on a bagal, because the order taker was too busy playing around instead of listening to the customer. The icing on the cake though, was when a gentleman went to the rest room and the lady behind the counter said "I wonder how long its going to take for this junkie to overdose". Thats a horrible thing for anyone to say, but it's especially hanious when this very same DD had someone die in their bathroom only a few months back and it took almost three hours for them to find the body! This DD is an absolute disaster and needs a whole new staff and management. If you are looking for a decent cup of coffee, the ladies down at the DD across from the courthouse are amazing, never an issue and they always go...

If there was a zero star that's exactly what I'd give this place . I'm a dunking girl and I work near this one . My favorite one is on milliken boulevard, Always on point I usually have someone pick me up a large iced Americano , 1 cream , I sugar. Every single time I get it from this Dunkin only (because of convenience ) It makes no difference if I write it on a piece of paper . It's always totally screwed up . It's mind boggling , how on earth does your staff not know that an americano consists of 2 shots of espresso and water . I will stress 2 shots not one . It's not a cheap coffee . The coffee looks like coffee milk . Seriously, I don't mind paying, but damn it train your staff properly. Its embarrassing for you and frustering for the costumer . I am so done with this dunkin. Maybe a year a ago I would have rated this location a lot higher, but the service here has gone so far downhill, that I refuse to go to this location anymore, even though they are literally a 3 minute walk from my house. They hardly ever get your order right, and it always seems that they are low or out of everything you want. Not to mention, sometimes you could stand there at the counter for 10-15 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you. Their drive through percentage is ALWAYS in the red in 20-30% range, which is terrible, considering I've worked at dunkin in the past and we always strived for above 98%! Now they have a new group of people Loitering outside the front doors, sitting in lawn chairs so close you have to walk around to the opposite side. I mentioned this to the employees several times and been told the manager is aware of the issue and they can't do anything about it, because it's public property, which is not true!
