Sip-N-Dip Donuts — Restaurant in Fall River

I love Sip N Dip vs other coffee shops. But Fall River and Tiverton (So. Main & Main) locations don't seem to know how to make the crazy mocha cold "hot chocolate" the way the original Bristol and Warren locations do. And none off them have send to taste the same. No two alike, and nothing like the originals. It's more of a Dunkin pure syrup look and taste to it. Very disappointing considering I moved and even tho F.R./Tiv are closer to me now, I'm willing to drive 20 minutes just to get my correct coffee, made pretty darn close to the same way it's always made at the Metacom Ave location in Warren. And I'm not the only one. Because I've said it. And now because it's so far away sometimes I even buy more than one coffee so that I know the next couple of coffees I have I won't be so fiending for my coffee "fix" because it's just not right. But even so, way better than Dunkin' in taste and way better than Starbucks in Price, even without accepting...

Well for the umpteenth time ... I get home and my order is wrong. We go there every Saturday and Sunday and 3 out of 5 times my order... not my partners his is always correct.. is wrong. I always get a chai tea and a sandwich. Yesterday I ordered my chai and a plain croissant, no problems... happily enjoyed.. but today... ordered chai tea and sausage & cheese on toasted buttered english muffin NO EGG... my partner got home with a regular coffee and a egg and cheese on english. Yes granted my partner should check before leaving at this point and that's our argument not sipndip's but this is really frustrating. And bringing it back to the store is not worth the 15 mins each way drive nor is it fair. I'm a loyal customer and will continue to go to a local owned business over big corp but I think we may need to find a new local owned place and that makes me sad bc I love their chai and food when I get the...

editing my review! always came here since i was a kid, coffee is great and the prices are very reasonable. tons of flavors to choose from. had some inconsistencies with coffees and was charged incorrectly a couple times, but i informed another worker and she immediately let management know. and they even offered me two free drinks to make up for the mistakes. very thankful for this employee( the woman with the glasses, forgot to catch her name) and management for being kind and helpful with the situation. will be coming back on my...
