Pho'Tastic! — Restaurant in Fallbrook

Such a great find in Fallbrook. Pho Tastic is fantastic. We have been meaning to give this place a try and so happy we did. The restaurant sits near Major Market in a shopping plaza with loads of parking. The restaurant is bright and clean with plenty of comfortable seating options. Menus in hand and cold water at the table we place our order of shrimp spring rolls to share and then we both opted for the large chicken pho. It is 12:30 and the restaurant is packed. Servers all have smiles on their faces, courteous and very helpful. Spring rolls arrive followed shortly by the hot chicken pho. I sample the pho broth and am impressed by the clean yet vibrant flavors it possessed. The spring roll was incredibly fresh and the peanut sauce was bursting with flavor. The sauce and roll was a match made in heaven. I added herbs and chili oil to my pho and began my adventure to flavor town. It was indeed a first class experience as every bite and every slurp were delicious. The noodles were so good and the chicken was perfect, no gristle, no fat, no skin and no damn bones. Just fresh chicken. There is not many choices for pho in Fallbrook. Not to be concerned because Pho Tastic is one of the best Pho restaurants in all North San Diego County. Yes, it is...

Pho'Tastic truly lives up to its name! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The atmosphere was inviting, and the aroma of delicious pho filled the air.

A special shoutout to Tuong, who went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. His service was fantastic, and he made me feel right at home.

As for the food—wow! Every bite was bursting with flavor. The pho was rich and aromatic, the broth was perfectly balanced, and the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. It was one of the best bowls of pho I’ve ever had!

If this is your first visit, you won't be disappointed! The service is very kind, excellent, and adorable. The food smells wonderful and fresh. I'm a huge shaken beef fan! Additionally, the BBQ skewers are still delicious and juicy after reheating, so I have them ready to go! Then, the fish sauce pairs perfectly with the crispy spring rolls! They have churros and cheese cake for dessert! I tried the churros served with vanilla ice cream, which is a terrific choice if you want something to balance out the main course you finished.
