Flippin’ Pizza — Restaurant in Falls Church

This place is the worst. If you order a family size salad, expect to receive a personal sized one instead. We called to report the issue and the rep said that we would be able to get a free family sized salad on our next order. He stated the information would be saved in their system. We placed another order and attempted to claim our salad...Felipe did not honor our request and said that they don't have a system for this. We decide to keep our order and speak with a manager the next day; however, our order never arrived though confirmed. Though we had ordered from Flippin 3 times before, Felipe stated that the driver was pulling up an out of state address and attempted to deliver twice...that makes no sense. No one even called to tell us...we had to call THEM. I will never patronize this...

The pizza was fine but sadly we had a bad experience with a fundraiser with the Broad Street Flippin Pizza. In short, our non-profit conducted a fundraiser with them back in May, and they never donated back 25% of the profits as agreed. The sadder thing is, it wouldn't have been more than maybe $150. At this point, it's just the principle. In the agreement, it stated it required 20 people (not orders), and we met that and more. We even tipped generously. For a small neighborhood business, the whole thing is sort of sad and pathetic to scam a non-profit out of such a menial amount of money. We've reached out in person several times, over email, had the fundraiser reach out 5+ times... they've just ghosted us.

I stopped in on a recent Thursday night around 8:15pm, and while some restaurant staff might act annoyed at a customer so close to closing time, I had the exact opposite experience -- Hasan greeted me in a very warm, welcoming manner. When I saw they had limited slices available, he offered to make any pizza I'd like, regardless of how many slices I wanted. I decided to order a whole pizza and freeze any leftovers, so proceeded to order a custom pizza with chicken, green pepper, pineapple, and a BBQ drizzle.
