Starbucks — Restaurant in Falls Church

We visit two Starbucks stores a few times a week – usually the locations in Harrison-Lee Shopping Center and in Lyon Village Shopping Center, both in Arlington, Virginia.

We’re very happy with our experiences in both locations. Consistent coffee products and GREAT staff. (Offering stevia sweetener is an added plus).

Frankly, we don’t really need to go to Starbucks – we make excellent coffee at home, but we always enjoy the Starbucks experience; the staff always makes us feel truly welcome and valued. We go as much for the experience as the coffee.

While everyone is great at both locations and we’re always greeted with a friendly smile and prompt, courteous service, there is one employee who impresses me whenever we're there.

Although we’re only there two or three times a week, and we’re just one of probably thousands of visitors, Jessie always remembers what we order as soon as we walk in. That level of service is very impressive to us, and keeps us coming back on a regular basis.

Omg this is the best store ever , I’m super excited and surprised to see the amount of people that they have working at this location , never seen it in my whole life , the staff is super friendly, helpful and fast . I had the pleasure of being taking care by DEEN , omg he was so helpful, friendly , and honest . He told me that the blonde roast was kind of old and that he didn’t feel like he should sell it to me like that , so he offered me to try it first to see if the coffee tasted old or if was cold , but it wasn’t! it was perfect i told him. I’ll take it like that I really appreciated him being honest about it because I’ve been in other locations and some stores don’t care about the quality of coffee , I love coffee so I can tell when the coffee is bad or cold . Am probably one of the biggest Starbucks fans on the planet. Love the consistency of the beverages as well as the food, great selection, always seem to be clean and most importantly usually the staff are excellent very polite very professional and very good at what they do.

I must say the Starbucks on Lee Highway that just moved from next to Harris Teeter is one of the worst in the area. Not sure what they were thinking regarding traffic flow and parking because it is always a madhouse. Also as of late every time I’ve gone into the store to order my drink it usually tastes terrible and is wrong!
