man this taco bell straight up don’t care i ordered 10 nuggets and they only gave me 5, how y’all even mess that up? that’s like going to subway asking for a footlong and they hand you a six inch or like pulling up to mcdonald’s ordering a big mac and they only give you one patty you pay for the whole thing and they give you half, make it make sense!! the wild part is it wasn’t even busy, there were two tables inside and the drive thru was empty so what was y’all doing? somebody made the food and somebody else checked the bag so multiple people back there just decided not to care, it ain’t like y’all were slammed or rushing this was straight up laziness/not giving a damn about the customers and the attitude? naaahh when i brought it up they acted like it wasn’t even a big deal, it’s a big deal to me when i pay for something and y’all can’t even get the basics right that’s like going to starbucks ordering a venti and they hand you a tall cup or like paying for a whole pizza and getting three slices it’s not even about the nuggets no more it’s about the fact that y’all showed no care no attention and no respect. management needs to step up and fix this because this ain’t how you treat customers do better, at work at life and at everything...
Read moreI went there today to get some food at 9:45 PM. The chairs were already up. It seemed like the store was closed. I went inside and give an order. Their was an Asian kid standing there. He didn’t understand the adjustments I wanted to make to my order. I finally said ok let me have number 6. After I got my order I wanted to sit there and eat but he didn’t let me. He said I already cleaned up so you have to leave. I asked him what time you guys close? He said technically 11:00 PM. Even though online it say they close at 2:00 am. I told him by law I can sit and eat here but he said they already cleaned up so I have to leave. Even if they were closing for walk in at 11:00 PM I still had one hour and fifteen minutes to eat but I guess the store manager wasn’t there and the people inside didn’t want to work that’s why the chairs were already on the tables and they didn’t wanted a customer to sit inside the store so from outside it would look like the place is close. That was my initial instinct when I drove there and saw the chairs on table. I thought the place is probably close because no body was there. Anyway I hope it help and their management get to see...
Read moreLet me begin by saying I do NOT eat TB, but there are those in my company who do; to encourage their eating, they occasionally get Taco Bell. My advice is to check your order before you leave, because even if you specify it to be a certain way several times, very clearly, and have such specifications repeated back to you, your order will probably be wrong. Luckily, the previous taco bell we frequented made the same mistake (despite assuring me there would be nothing but meat, cheese, and tortilla) so i knew to check the items before we left. Lo and behold.... the tortillas had more than meat and cheese! It's a little frustrating that it's such a hard concept, but perhaps it stems from language barriers, i dont know. Either way, autistic children are very particular about food and so we had to go through the drive through again. Luckily, a gentleman remedied our situation, but the point is to get it right initially. Still, staff was at least nice and seemingly employing cleaner measures in lieu...
