They have good, New York style pizza. It's a fairly young staff who try to offer good customer service, but for me, they missed the mark 2 out of 2 visits. On my first visit, I ordered from the toast app on a mid-week day with only 1 or 2 people working, to pickup my food, and somehow they never fulfilled my order (not paying attention to app orders) until 15 minutes after I arrived, which was at the time offered by the app that my food would be ready, so I had to wait about 15 min. The worker offered me free food while I waited, but I ordered by the app so I wouldn't have to wait very long after arriving. On the next visit, I arrived on a Friday, that seemed to be a busier day and the kitchen was fully staffed. I ordered 2 slices of pizza that was already cooked from behind the glass to show you what pizzas they offer by the slice, which I watch the worker knock the slices I want off their pedestal while he boxed another order (a clumsy move from not paying attention to what he was doing). I had to wait while they added more basil (which fell off the pizza in the tumble) and then to reheat it (no problem). Meanwhile, a large party walks in behind me who ordered several slices and received them before me. I waited at least 15 mins it more, in the time it took for them to prepare the pizzas for the party behind after me, instead of them putting my pizza in the oven. It just sat while they prepared the other party's pizza. That was very upsetting. I left upset. As a foodie, I usually enjoy taking pictures of how well presented my food is when I receive it. Not this time. Not sure I'll be visiting then again. The staff clearly requires training to improve customer service, and how to prioritize orders. I should not have had to wait while they ignored my order during both...
Read moreOur family had a very positive dinner experience at 10 Pizza. We ordered an 18 inch cheese pizza with the intention to split it between four people. Two in our party were young kids. The staff that took our order was thoughtful. They offered to cut the pizza into smaller pieces so it would be easier for small mouths to manage. It took about 15 minutes from ordering to eating. The service was great but so was the food.
The pizza is New York style and it does a respectable job. The dough is chewy and stretched thin. The flavors of the sauce are well balanced, not too sweet or salty. The cheese coverage is like perfect zone defense, it’s everywhere without tripping over itself. We all enjoyed the pie.
It is also worth pointing out the soda selection. They have Stubborn Soda on tap which is excellent and offers a number of interesting flavors. We liked pineapple but for those of you who want Dr Pepper, it is also available on tap.
This is a great pizza option in Falls Church. It is focused more on carry out or by-the-slice orders as the seating is limited. The staff is friendly, food is delicious, and parking plentiful. Would...
Read moreWonderful experience.
My friend raved about this place and he hit the nail on the head. Delicious meal and excellent customer service.
We tried the buffalo chicken, garlic mushroom and white pizza. All of the ingredients were incredibly fresh and the dough had an amazing consistency.
I absolutely loved the garlic mushroom pizza and white pizza. The garlic was popping and the cheese was delightful. I loved the generous helping of fresh ricotta on the white pizza. I’m writing this review 5 hours later and no joke, my mouth is watering thinking about it.
The garlic knots were a treat, too.
The price is a solid value given the amount of food you get for your order. A large pie runs about $19. Superior quality to any other pizza I’ve had in this price range.
I am glad to have discovered this place and look forward to coming back. Shoutout to Joe and Woo for being so personable and offering great recommendations. You guys (and the 3rd gentlemen who had to run out on delivery) really made this experience pop out.
Keep up...
