I came here after dim sum with friends, so we collectively ordered three drinks, all of which were unenjoyable to problematic. The folks working here seem nice but I can't in good faith give this place more than one star.
one drink had either steel wool or thin plastic crinkles in it. My friend spat it out from the straw. We raised it to the folks working there who seemed baffled. The drink was not remade although if we'd asked, they likely would've.
all three of us did not enjoy their drinks. The Thai iced tea was too sweet at the lowest sweetness level and other two drinks were incredible artificially flavored. My taro drink tasted like powder and I did not drink most of it.
one drink was made to the wrong size. They did remake the drink when this was raised to their attention. I would not've mentioned this in a review but for 1&2.
I wanted to like this place but it's a hard no. Cross the street to the Eden...

This is my go-to drink, and I always order it the same way, so it was disappointing that it didnât meet expectations this time. Unfortunately, I wasnât there in person to get it resolved.
Despite this, my 5-star rating still stands because of their overall quality. I hope someone reads this and ensures all drinks are made correctly...

He was berating another male worker in the back then followed the worker to the front continuing to berate him but this time in front of everyone! It was busy and I understand getting stressed but taking it out on your employees is just so unacceptable. Not to mention it makes it so awkward for the customers- no one wants to see an employee...
