It's good bahn mi, but not the best. They could take this establishment from good to great but maybe they don't need to. The bread and pate is made from scratch. The flavors and composition of a bahn mi are all there.
What they need to work on is improving the baguette. There's ok bread and then there is amazing bread. Even though the bread is made from scratch, it's not that far from wholesale baguettes.
Make sure you ask for a bag of veggies for every sandwich. They'll try to give you one bag for 2 sandwiches but they miss out on providing enough...
