Duane's House of Pizza - Osgood — Restaurant in Fargo

Good pizza, not quite as 'delish' as the first time I had it from the South Univ location, so not sure it was worth the steeper price it costs here. Also I know they are a newly opened location but things sure could be labeled better! Maybe mention that the pickup location is actually located WITHIN the bar and not a stand alone business. Then maybe have some signage inside showing you where to pick up the pizza. I wasn't sure which outside door to use, or who to ask to pick it up. It's a very nondescript unlabeled back corner kitchen hallway I guess. Ages 18-20 only allowed during restricted late morning/early afternoon...

$20 for a cardboard thin cheese pizza. It was disgusting and we should have returned it.

Response to the owner. The pizza was disgusting in taste. Is that better? I've had Duanes before. It was better in the early 2000's when the pizzas were huge and tasted awesome. I'm sorry you're so hurt by a bad review. The pizza was so disappointing that we don't ever want to give you guys another chance. Not for those prices. I don't know what you've changed in the last 10 to 15 years but it's bad now. At least the new locations food is bad. The old location I'm not sure of but your response will...

Ordered pizza to go. Very unpleasant and, frankly, disgusting experience starting with a very apathetic person answering the phone. Seriously thought about calling back to cancel but decided not to. Brought pizza home and was flavorless and actually gross tasting. Now I'm a big guy who likes pizza but I had to throw it away after a bite or 2. I hope my experience isn't the norm, and I'm guessing it isn't, but I just wanted to share because theres a lot of pizza places in the FM market and bad experiences and food like this make it very hard to ever want to try again...
