Totally understand why this is a two star restaurant. Dude working I’m assuming the manager? Was not good at his job at all this morning. I had a coupon guessing that’s why? I ordered a two croisssandwich breakfast, he never was asked what type of Croissandwich I wanted. He just decided I wanted sausage for me. When I asked for ketchup for my hashbrowns he said I put one in there. He then says, well maybe two. I asked him so I can’t have more? He just stares at me? WTH dude! Also when I order a soda for my drink instead of the coffee I usually do not get charged an extra dollar as I did this time. Plenty of Burger King’s out there, when I feel like having that for breakfast as I travel a lot. I will remember not to return here. Update this morning as I tried to give this restaurant some business again. Well and I guess in the end I did because I did a mobile order but never got my food. This location always has cars pulled up to the door if they tell you to go when there’s nobody behind you. For some reason, there was actually three cars in the drive-through this morning. I put in a mobile order and went inside to paint because I was in a hurry. I watched the person behind the counter. take the orders and process all three of the cars in the drive-through and did not acknowledge me. so I just left. Read moreWe used the drive-thru on our way back to Iowa from Minneapolis and had a very bad experience. We had an exceptionally long wait in the Drive-Thru when there was only one car ahead of us. We specifically asked for certain things to be included like ketchup, salt, and barbecue sauce and after we got our meal and got back to the interstate we realized that none of those were included. They didn't even include napkins in the bag, how are we supposed to eat on the road without napkins? We returned to notify the staff that items were missing and it didn't seem that anybody really cared for the inconvenience. I asked about a refund for our drive time and frustrations and they didn't know how to process one, a manager was not working and it was only eight at night. I would not visit this...

I arrived at the restaurant at 10:30pm (they close at midnight according to Google and the BK website) and was immediately told that they had shut off their drink equipment already because they were closing and was treated with contempt as I placed my order. They didn't put my order on the screen for me to verify which led to them putting in the fish sandwich wrong because I wanted it plain and they put it in as regular and it came with lettuce and tartar sauce. They refused to redo the sandwich. On top of that, the onion rings came out soggy and smelling/tasting of cleaning chemicals. After the treatment I received as I placed my order it makes me wonder if someone deliberately put cleaning solution on them.
