Dairy Queen Store — Restaurant in Faribault

The young girl at the drive through should not do any customer service whatsoever and should not be dealing with customers as she doesn't know how to be nice with customers, I stopped few days ago and asked for peanut buster parfait regular size for me and same thing small size for my daughter, she told me those only come in one size the big one , when I told her I just bought few days ago and I am pretty sure there is smaller size she totally ignored me and kept saying total is blah blah blah ... When I get to the window I talked to the older girl and she told me yes we do have smaller size and she offered me one , thanks to her my daughter got exactly her portion. A friend and I walked over here. Placed our order. Then was told that the machine was down. More people came and order never being told the machine was down. Then when it was back up after standing here for more then 45 minutes because they would not refund our money ( so we waited ) I got a blizzard that was more like a shake not good, and my friend waited longer almost a hour. Drive thru only and fast service. Employees were patient at the order screen when I asked a few questions and they were polite at the window as well. Our shakes were good, the cups were sticky on the outside and they gave them to us with napkins wrapped around which I appreciated (I did not get sticky).
