First time at this location 7/19/2025 1 star because of a worker named Ashley
I love the bou just not this location
there was a customer in front of me that was an elderly gentleman and he ordered three drinks and she never asked for his rewards/perks phone number he had to remind her of it
Then, here I come I'm not sure if Ashley is prejudice or if she just young-minded... Lack customer service skills
I spoke to her and her co-worker ( I said hello ladies) I ordered a medium turtle mocha cooler She forgot to ask me for my phone number as well So I told her and she said she had a process of doing it but that was a lie
I'm a bou girl (for years) I know when there's good customer service and when there is not
She picks and choose who she wants to have good customer service skills with...
The reason why I say that is one of the ladies that work at Hy-Vee came to get her drink and she got her drink before I got my drink and I was there before her and she was very kind to her...
I think that this caribou in faribault only hiring bodies
They don't really care if they experienced or not but Ashley said she been working there for a year because I said oh you guys give cash back she said I guess then that's when I asked her how long she have been working there that's how I knew it was for one year
Won't be back This location just lost a customer
One star because it doesn't allow to give zeros
