Good god almighty, I've never seen such brazen incompetence in any fast food location in my life. We all know fast food isn't supposed to be glamorous or gourmet, but it shouldn't take FOURTY MINUTES STUCK IN A DRIVE THRU LANE TO GET FOUR TACOS AND A CRUNCH WRAP. There was a line ahead of us of six cars, totally understandable that it might have taken ten, maybe even fifteen minutes for our food to be in our hands. The entire line of us poor patrons were stuck from around 6:30 until at least 7:10 this evening, all having to deal with a girl taking our orders who, very clearly didn't understand the concept of her job, but also couldn't possibly have cared less that we ALL wasted the better part of an hour to get lukewarm food, which, we discovered in our case, wasn't even the correct order! The literal only reason we didn't say anything is because the staff was SO DISMISSIVE and seemingly confused about the addition of a sauce on our order, that we felt it would end up holding the line even further! I get it, I spent the better part of my 20s working in the service industry, sometimes the chef is sick and someone covers for them, sometimes people call in sick and you're short staffed, but this was INEXCUSABLE.
