Taco Bell — Restaurant in Faribault

Good god almighty, I've never seen such brazen incompetence in any fast food location in my life. We all know fast food isn't supposed to be glamorous or gourmet, but it shouldn't take FOURTY MINUTES STUCK IN A DRIVE THRU LANE TO GET FOUR TACOS AND A CRUNCH WRAP. There was a line ahead of us of six cars, totally understandable that it might have taken ten, maybe even fifteen minutes for our food to be in our hands. The entire line of us poor patrons were stuck from around 6:30 until at least 7:10 this evening, all having to deal with a girl taking our orders who, very clearly didn't understand the concept of her job, but also couldn't possibly have cared less that we ALL wasted the better part of an hour to get lukewarm food, which, we discovered in our case, wasn't even the correct order! The literal only reason we didn't say anything is because the staff was SO DISMISSIVE and seemingly confused about the addition of a sauce on our order, that we felt it would end up holding the line even further! I get it, I spent the better part of my 20s working in the service industry, sometimes the chef is sick and someone covers for them, sometimes people call in sick and you're short staffed, but this was INEXCUSABLE. • EDITED * ordered an online order on 10/23/2025 - subbed sour cream for nacho cheese , didn't get subbed - are the order tickets even getting read?. The quesadilla I got wasn’t even cut fully , was smashed & a mess out the box. seems like robots are making the food. I did call the store again manger told me to come back up to get it made right which first of all it should be made right the first time - if I pay for something I should get it the first time or made correctly the first time shouldn’t have “to come back up to the store” after I complain. I even ask the lady at the window “ is it all correct this time” she reply’s “should be if not you can yell at me” what kind of service is that?

EVERY TIME I ORDER FROM THIS TACO BELL I AM MISSING AT LEAST 1 or more items depends on what is ordered!! Employee name (drive through)Sal took my order and we asked to sub the nachos for fries, and he said that they were out of fries; in an extremely rude manner than says “even if we had fries we wouldn’t do it!, so what do you want!”(Basically yelling). Also, you should kind of work on your customer service because it was kind of rude when we’re going through the drive-through.
