This location repeatedly messes up orders and gives out drinks that are so bad you can't even force it down. The staff is rude and condescending. I have made complaints with corporate and spoken with management and given them chances to correct their mistakes but they continue to mess up orders and then treat you terribly when you tell them the order is wrong. Last night after my husband stopped in -30 degree weather to help someone who was broken down in the road, he stopped for a hot coffee to warm up. A little way down the road he realized the drink was cold. He called and asked for a credit on our account, they told him to go back and get a new one. He couldn't because we live 16 miles away and he was rushing home because someone was coming to fix our furnace after our heat was out all weekend long in the dangerous cold due to a mistake by the furnace company (they ordered the wrong part). The staff then went off on my husband and called him a terrible person and they were completely rude to him all because he (rightfully) called to ask for a refund or credit when they gave him a cold coffee on a -30 degree weather day. Terrible customer service. I have been coming here for years with the same order. I got a few extra drinks this morning and the girls working the drive thru were very rude and short. They didn’t give me the $1 off my large drink, gave me one drink short , one of the girls that took the order gave attitude right away saying no you didn’t and they were the ones having trouble hearing through the microphone from the big delivery truck in the line. I wasn’t given a receipt with my purchase and then when they added the 2nd missing small beverage, they didn’t give me a straw and made sure to ignore the window. Worst experience I’ve had in years here. I truly hope some sort of management sees this and address their staff. Love caribou! Last week I was there Im the morning, and asked for extra shots in my turtle cooler, AND THE DIDNT PUT THEM IN! I didn't even take a drink until I got to work and noticed it tasted nasty! There was mocha running all down the sides of the cup, and coming out the lid! They didn't even wipe it off or offer napkins! I always ask for nothing on top, like caramel, whop cream and turtle pieces, and they out ALOT of caramel on the bottom of the cup!
