Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Faribault

I have never in my entire life had a bad dominoes pizza. I love dominoes for a few reasons. One of them being how delicious the crust is with the garlic butter and the pizzas are always piping hot and fresh. I went to this store for the first time since moving here and I ordered sausage and tomatoes as a topping with Alfredo sauce. Simple however what I got was the driest pizza in the world. No sauce 6 pieces of sausage and 4 tomatoes total on the entire pizza. I ate a slice and that’s about it. I took it back the next day because I really was not pleased at all. There wasn’t even any buttery garlic crust just plain and dry. At that point the lady who remade the pie was super nice and had a very caring personality. She gets 5stars for customer service. I’m guessing the shrinkage in the store has caused the managers to make the employees skimp on the pizzas until they make up for whatever the loss was. That’s just bad practice. I won’t go to this store again. I believe the Northfield store is still giving the full treatment of good pizza with actual toppings and sauce. Who wants anything less than...

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! customer service there is beyond disrespectful staff is very rude ! Ive had several orders wrong and when i call to explain what happened they have attitudes and hang up! Ive also had them deliver my food and leave it on the ground outside my house without knocking! I evan had to speak to the general manager because i seen a unusal charge on my credit card where one of the workers took it upon themselfs to fraudulenty add a “tip”. Thats illegal! And when i called to compalin about the extra charge they question me as if i added it! When i was never handed a receipt to begin with! I gave them several chances after it and honestly im so disgusted with the customer service at this point the people who work there just dont care. They dont pay attention to the orders then when you try to call and explain what is wrong they act like its your fault I understand mistakes happen. But this is ridiculous! DO...

I placed an order and pulled in to wait and was totally disgusted by what I saw. A worker putting food into boxes was picking my alfredo noodles from my pasta off and eating it!! Then he proceeded to rub his nose and finish boxing up my pastas! No hand-wash or anything! He was literally eating my food. Now I'm stuck with 60$ worth of food because I'm obviously not eating it and I don't want them remaking it. Your store is all windows in front and we are watching! Disgusted and angry!
