Ordered through my app. I ordered 4 sandwiches. I had received a $5 off $20 in an email and there was nowhere on the app to type in my discount code...bummer. Somehow while I went back looking for a place to apply my discount my 4th sandwich got deleted. I noticed on my way to pick up and just went inside to order my fourth sandwich. 3 girls were working. I let them know what happened and the girl with the bright red hair was sweet and apologetic. She took my order for my 4th sandwich but I still did not get my $5 off. The girl with the blue hair and nose ring was completely irritated with every order that came through. The eye rolling and sighs were ridiculous. The 3rd blonde girl with the glasses was super sweet and handed me my order when it was finished. My family and I had a picnic lunch about 45 minutes away. The wrap—balanced, it was. Spicy, yet not overpowering, a true harmony of heat and savor. The chicken, tender as a Jedi’s wisdom, wrapped skillfully with care. A fine creation indeed.

The chips, though seasoned well, did not wield the same fiery power as the wrap. Yet, satisfying they were, a noble accompaniment to my feast.

My wife placed a large order last Monday for an event we had on Saturday. When I went to pickup the food the store was closed and there was a note on the door stating that they were closed due to lack of staffing. We then called Jimmy Johns Owatonna who said they could fill the order, upon arrival the two people at the window were arguing about using up all the bread, so we were told they didn’t have enough bread to fill our order. We are all experiencing staffing issues, this doesn’t mean you cannot communicate to your customers so they can prepare something else. Worst Service, go...
