Pros:

• Service was fast.
• All of the hot food was hot, and the cold food cold.
• Egg rolls are very good
• Chicken Wings were very hot, crispy, and quite pleasant
• Chicken Fried Rice was better than usual.
• Great vegetable lo mien and soups.
• Cold Salad and fruit bar is very nice.
• Food is constantly coming out, so it is always quite fresh.
• When crowded, the small batches run out quickly, so you may need to wait 5 minutes for a fresh batch.
• Buffet is best between 11:30 and 12:30 when there is more customer volume

Cons:

• Place has been there forever & a day.
• Not much has been updated.
• Teriyaki Chicken was so soy filled and salty to be inedible.
• The buffet consistently has the same items.
• Buffet is available 11 - 3, but really not a good idea after say, 1 pm due to food turnover.

The family that runs the place is very kind, and they have been doing it for a very long time. The food is reasonable in taste and very plentiful in quantity. I do recommend that you start with small tastes of things, and then find what you like, and move forward.

Pricing is fair. They charge $6.95 for the lunch buffet, but tack on another $1.99 for your drink. It comes out just slightly more expensive than the inclusive buffet in the Faribault mall.

I highly recommend LOTS of water with your meal, as there is a lot of sodium/soy sauce in the items, so much of it tastes quite salty.

Don't do it. It wasn't until I had finished eating the food and needed to use the restroom that I realized how truly gross this place was, and I must say I am SO disappointed, because the food tasted GOOD and was authentic! I ordered from the menu, so I never initially saw the buffet area of the restaurant until after I ate. If I had sauntered over to that side of the place before I ordered, I would have walked right out and never ordered anything. The restroom area is located extremely close to the buffet table. The bathroom appeared to have NOT been cleaned in ages, and this was early in the day! My feet stuck to the floor. It was coated in "crud" and reeked of Lysol-scented PEE and poop scented citrus sprays combined. The malodorous stench from the rest room area wafted right out the bathroom door and over and into the buffet and kitchen. And I mean it was REALLY bad. You know that embedded gas station restroom kind of smell? Yeah. Like that. The place at first glance looks neat inside, but it is far, far from CLEAN. No thanks. Go see for yourself, but don't order the food until you get a good look...

I’ve been eating at the Chinese restaurant for 25 years on and off. The place has not been updated and wallpaper is coming off. The cups and water containers are the still the same. Tables are disgusting like they have not been washed. The buffet looked horrible the last couple times we have been there. On 3-09-18 my wife and I both had the chicken fried rice. It tasted good but there was something that tasted a little funny with the food or water. I ended up sick and in the hospital. I threw up on Friday 2 hours after we ate, diarrhea 3 hours later with the worse stomach pains. Was in bed for 3 days and on the toilet most of the time. Went to the hospital Sunday, with massive dehydration and Enteritis. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN and will turn them into BBB to have them...
