Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Farmers Branch

First of all I got to thank God for blessing me to be on this Earth One More Day. And I'm also blessed to be able to have this opportunity to speak for the hard workers at Jack In The Box restaurant. As a paying customer I think it's my duty to be able to let's the other customer know my experiences in the different places that I go two. What I can say is I was at Jack In The Box today and 3 weeks ago my visit was satisfied to me. I think the service was outstanding especially those little bitty new tacos that they have in the boxes I think they quite cute especially movie Nights. The little tacos that they have 25 tacos for $5 a box it's like a snack box. I appreciate the hard workers and also the management for Jack in the Box Company any problems for is the food wise they will take care of you if it's a problem with your food or any other problems at the restaurant. They said it's five me so I don't have a problem with the service did I get. The customer service that they do well appreciated. That's why I am going to speak good or bad I think it's very important that we do this. It is a really Dynamite people working for the Jack in the Box Company. So I got good service and also friendliness and I took my orders correctly. I didn't experience any kind of problem I was satisfied very satisfied today. Will the one I really enjoy is the Jack in the Box in Carrollton off of Josey and George Bush freeway those are really friendly people that make sure they take care of the customers the food is excellent the temperature of the food is fantastic to me cuz I really don't like cold food but it never have gave me any kind of cold food and always on point with the service that they give me. I was having a morning that I really wasn't feeling I was a little upset at some things that was going on I went by Jack In The Box just morning and one of the cashier made me smile and lift me up to a degree that I was no longer sad. And at that time I needed that just a listening ear that's all it was I was at the right place at the right time that's all it was thank you so much for the great outstanding customer service today. thank you for your outstanding service to us all may you have a great and prosper...

The Really Big Chicken Sandwich: 2 out of 5 burps: While you can't really call the chicken in the Really Big Chicken Sandwich "chicken" I will say that it is rather big as these things go. It has lettuce and tomato, which I told them to leave the tomato off but as normal was left on. (Man I need to figure out how to say no in Spanish!) There's bacon and that's always a plus. Then as you would hope, two "chicken" patties with cheese on each one. Mine as you can see was built with enough love and caring to include part of the cheese on the bun. I guess think of it as food porn! While you've got cheese where it normally belongs, you also have that one dude that likes to put cheese on the face...and stomach or the belly, pretty much wherever they want depending on the kind of videos you enjoy watching when you're alone. I'm not going to judge you're tastes! I will judge Jack's tastes and I have to say that just as with some of those videos that I've seen, I always feel shame and sadness that I clicked on the link. I left Jack in the Box as I imagine all those young Internet ladies leave those studios. Gone to Hollywood to make it big time only to end up high on blow, sitting (sometimes bending) over a plastic wrapped couch with a HD handy cam purchased from Best Buy shoved in their faces. I work for a fast food place so I understand some days are busier then usual and after a lunch rush you just try to pull yourself together and get ready for the next rush. This place gets worse by the day. I would like to order here cause it’s literally right in front of my house, but it’s always something. First encounter was being told I can’t get buttermilk when I order tacos even tho on the app it allows me to. Then I go again a few days later and my burger was left out. Now today I ordered 1 ultimate cheeseburger meal, 4 tacos, 1 EXTRA MEDIUM FRY, and 1 extra drink. My afternoon’s are busy doing mom stuff meaning sports after school so picking up something for the road is a must. They forgot the extra drink however I was still there and asked for it. I didn’t check my bag. I arrive to my daughter’s school only to find that 2 of my tacos and 1 medium fry was left out. Come on this location needs to get there stuff together. If they weren’t go quick to shut the window on a guest we wouldn’t feel so rushed.
