Mad Dogs DFW — Restaurant in Farmers Branch

Late night option with lots of flavor! Love that they were open 'til 2, I think, on a Monday. My kind of place!

We ordered Maddog (spicy dog) fries, Philly dog special (not spicy version) and a double smash burger. BF liked the fries the best and I liked the smash burger the best. (Spicy dog was a little to spicy for me.)

Looking forward to smash burger and fries with curry sauce next time!

Unconventional pick up location, but don't let that keep you from ordering here and picking up. Service was spot on! This is a pick up only place with a tall table and two chairs for the one off eat in place person!

Only constructive comment I have is to put signs up to get one to turn around and look at the opposite wall. I saw the order stands, but didn't see the pick up iPads. So that is a tip for visitors - look around at all the walls!

To start, if you ordered online, skip point #1. 1- this is not a restaurant. I was surprised to arrive to a pick up only facility in warehouse land. There was no human - none at all. Two chairs, a kiosk for self order, and lockers where your food is placed. Many people arrived confused. A guys shows up with a free-hot-dog card, didn’t know who to talk to about redeeming. I tried to peak through a window, called for people…no soul. Oh and then you wait for half hour for your food. If you like iRobot movie life style, you will be fine. Not a good experience.

2- Now the food. Smash burger was meh. Fries were good. My wife and kids enjoyed the hot dogs and loaded fries. I’m not a hot dog guy and I still liked the bites I took from them.

P.S to the restaurant owners. Please lose the tip option in the screens. There is no soul to be seen onsite. Who are we tipping for service? The kiosk or the locker? You can’t...

What A Waste!!! I was really looking forward to trying this halal spot, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. I went during Ramadan for iftar and brought back very disappointing food. The burger was dry and lacked flavor—definitely not fresh or juicy like I expected. I specifically asked for sauces on the side for the hot dog, but never received them, which made it even more disappointing. And don’t even get me started on the fries—I paid $5 for a small portion that tasted stale and felt like they came out of a frozen bag. Honestly, they weren’t worth even a dollar. Overall, not impressed and won’t be coming back. Imagine staying hungry all day and you end up with this food. I wanted to complain but there was no person to talk to or even a number...
