I called this company twice — the first time they hung up on me before I could even finish a sentence. The second time they just said one sentence and told me “don’t ever call again.” Very bad service and extremely rude attitude. Don’t ever call them.

I am a legitimate business owner in the United States, originally from China, and I reached out to your company in a professional manner. Twice I was treated with complete disrespect — once hung up on, and then told “don’t ever call again” before I could even explain who I am or what I do.
Now you publicly dismiss my experience as “false” and lump me in with “foreign solicitors.” That is not only unprofessional but also feels discriminatory. To suggest that my voice or my background makes me less credible is offensive and unacceptable.
