I was a bit disappointed. While the establishment itself is good size, well lit & well kept, it seems to be a bit disorderly. We had to wait in line about 45 minutes. When you up to the counter to order, you feel pressured to order quickly to not hold up the line. I ordered Hilachas and they were out, so I ordered carne giada which comes with ensalada rusa, which they were also out of, so in place I asked for frjoles volteados, but they said they only had frijoles colados. The flavor was pretty good, but not great. My wife, who's Guatemalan ordered caldo de gallina and she was disappointed with the flavor and the presentation. The bread is great, but customer service matters just as much. We arrived four minutes before closing (we already knew what we wanted), and instead of simply letting us know that service was done, a bald man went straight to the door—just to lock it right in front of us without saying a word. At first, we thought he was opening the door to let us in, only to realize he was actually shutting us out.
