I will never order here again. My Fiance and I were looking for a special treat and decided to order the peanut butter chocolate reeses polar pizza. They did not have that one so we opted for the chocolate chip cookie dough flavor instead. It was horrible! The cookie dough itself was repulsive, there was hardly any ice cream on it, and the cookie part was overcooked and did not taste like a cookie in my opinion. My order was delivered through doordash so we ended up paying $40, including tip. The driver, Kevin, was excellent. Regardless, very overpriced. You could not pay me to eat here again. This was a one and done.

Also, management was very rude and impatient. With the many 1 star reviews I see, you would think they would make an effort to improve their customer service at minimum.

If you want to try anything from here, I would highly recommend that you call ahead to confirm they have...

I ordered my son a spider man light up ice cream cake on July 31st, 2020, to be picked up today August 6th,2020 @ 10 am. I got a call at 9am, saying the light up head still had not come in, and the cake would not be ready until 11-12pm. No problem, it happens. I call at 12:25 to see if the cake is ready, and they HUNG UP on me! Ok.. thats irritating but it happens. I call back, they say its ready. I pick up the cake at around 1:30..and i have NEVER been so upset. The cake is PINK! one corner was not even totally covered in frosting! The "light up head" fell OFF the cake and messed up the "webbing" . Now i am not totally unreasonable, I understand that the cake I was getting would not look exactly as pictured..but come on! I paid FORTY DOLLARS (40.00$) for this? I am absolutely disappointed and absolutely...

If you are looking at ordering the Frozen Themed Ice Cream Cake Don't do it! Below is what I received from this location... On the Baskin Robbins website it shows that I should have received a nice back drop topper and a collectable Anna and Elsa spinner topper. Instead I received a very cheap looking Elsa and a character that was in the move for a whole 5 minutes and my 3 year old had no idea who that was. The location was not apologetic at all! The manager said that all he could do was offer me $7 dollars off or he could refund my order but he would have to take the cake back....like they were going to re-sell it! I didn't have the option of giving the cake back since it was my daughters birthday and clearly I didn't have a back-up cake for her birthday! So very...
