My experience was terrible!

I ordered online and when I arrived to pickup my food (at the appropriate time according to the online) my food was not made. I was told that they don’t make online orders until the customer is in the store because people don’t pickup the food. I assured the cashier I paid online and found it odd that a restaurant would do that especially after someone paid.

I said I wanted a refund but then I was argued with about how fast they can make the sandwich. I repeated myself to let them know the reason why I did an online order is so that the food will be ready when I got to the location. The store was not busy at all when I arrived. Then I was met with more arguing back-and-forth about how much time I’m spending talking to them about getting my refund and I could be getting my sandwich made. At this time I felt attacked by the hostile comments and did not want anything from this location other than my money back. I was met with more negative hostility from Sap, to the point where I had to not speak with her anymore and only speak to Aiden. This place doesnt deserve any stars. If i didn't have to click a star to write a review they would have not recieved a thing. Their Cust. Service is piss poor and their care for food safety doesnt even exist. I watch the cashier take my money w/ gloves and went back to making food w/o changing her gloves. I also watched an employee sit on the table where food is prepped as she ignored me blowing the horn several times for service AFTER seeing me wave my hands like maniac b/c I find it rude to blow. They dont deserve any business at all if they dont care about the business. I was so upset I wrote my initial review by the time I stopped at the Walgreens across the street but to my suprise I get home and my order is completely wrong. . . this is a disgrace if I ever seen such. I went for a Philly steak sub and they were out of steak i settled for an Italiano and they cant even get that right. . . this...

I ordered online and three times in a row they didn't start making my sandwich until after I showed up. To top it off they make other people's sandwiches even though my online order was placed way before they showed up.

Today I waited in line this lady in front of me way to like 10 minutes then it was my turn and he told me to wait he has customers in the store he's taken care of.

there's more than one person that works there have one person take the drive through people and another person take the in-store people Don't make the people in the drive-thru sit there for over 15 minutes.
