Toarmina's Pizza — Restaurant in Farmington Hills

Ever since this place has been under new ownership it has been terrible customer service! Last time coming to this location. I called asking did I receive extra cheese like I ordered and the person who is a guy came to the phone saying he makes all the pizzas and when it say extra cheese that’s what he does. I went to explain how when I ordered extra cheese it was never any gasp in the pizza (reason why I order extra cheese) he went on saying don’t call me a liar and if I want my money back to bring the pizza back.. with Covid? & I am paying customer? How can anyone possibly leave a positive review for this place? You can't even place an order! Based on recommendations from family, I've tried numerous times to place an order, both online and over the phone. Online they charge you first, then make you wait for someone at the location to confirm the order. Of course they never confirm it, so the order gets cancelled and you (eventually) get refunded.
