Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Farmington

I went through the drive thru on Saturday, did not realize we were given the wrong food. We told them we would be in Sunday to get the order replaced but could not make it . Called Wednesday to pick up the replacement order and they said too much time had passed, 4 days. That was a $20 plus dollar order. They said the owners would not allow it. So the food we got was wrong, cold, no bacon and the wrong size of fries. I will no longer use this location. It was an issue of a minor mistake. The order was wrong. The food is usually always very good and fresh, but for a fast food restaurant, this Dairy Queen is usually very slow in service, especially in the drive-thru. The drive-thru was so backed up one evening, that I parked and got out and went inside, only to find one cashier running the front and many people in line, so as usual, like so many other fast food restaurants, they needed more help. Currently Farmington is the second highest covid-19 infected city in Missouri and this location is NOT helping! All employees are young so they won't show many signs of infection if they do have it. NO MASKS, NO GLOVES worn by ANY employees during our order so we returned the items and a dessert crafter coughed, then proceeded to make somebody's order without washing themselves.
