Taco Bell — Restaurant in Farmington

This Taco Bell needs to replace the evening manger by the name of Darren. First of all we got the wrong order which okay I understand mistakes happen but when we told Darren about the problem with our order he caught a nasty attitude and started rolling his eyes then we accidentally hand him the wrong receipt and he proceeds to ball it up and throw it at my husband’s face. I’m not sure if this is how he treats paying customers or if he was just having a bad day but either way that it’s disrespectful and disgusting. He needs to be fired immediately. He could have easily gave us a simple refund or gave us what we paid for, instead he assaulted my husband and ruined our night. Darren needs to be taught some manners and needs to find a new job if he doesn’t know how to solve problems. The other two employees (the cooks) did what a manager would do and remade our order and apologized for the behavior of their manager, it was literally that simple. Lemme start by saying. Best rolled burritos ever. I go in almost daily and get a beef burrito and nacho fries if available , and the customer service is impeccable. Special shout out to Nicki, the bread and butter to this place. Before her the customer service was mid. I would go in there and get my food and leave. Not anymore. I want to stick around because Nicki makes my day every time. She’s so fun and u can tell she is serious about her job. Because of her I walk in hangry and leave with a huge smile on my face. She made my food the last couple of times instead of taking my order and to my surprise she makes everything so perfect ! Not too much sauce just enough. I thought the customer service from her was enough but the food is PERFECT everytime. It never misses. I went through the drive thru. Every outside light was off.. placed my order. While waiting at the window hear a guy say oh we're so dead because all the lights outside are off, then turns them on. A girl hands me my food and I leave. I ordered a $5 lux box and a quesedilla meal (chicken quesedilla, with a taco and drink) I asked for the extra taco to be soft no lettuce. Upon getting home I have 3 soft tacos, a chicken quesedilla and drinks. Ok. My bad, didn't check. Call the store, girl says come back and get the right food. I asked if they will just remake the ticket since I had a 15 + min drive and wanted the quesedilla semi warm. They say sure.. get home, I have a quesedilla, 2 soft tacos and a crunchy taco. I watched the counter girl and window girl bicker about the wrong order. No communication between what appeared to be manager and teen staff. Only 1 girl understood and they ignored her.
