Baymont Inn and Suites by Wyndham Farmington, MO — Hotel in Farmington

Have stayed at this hotel every time I come into the area. But last night will be the last night. At 1130 pm was woken up by another guest who apparently the front desk check into my room. They left and 5 mins later woken up again by a loud knock at my door like the police by the front desk clerk yelling telling my to open the door or she will. Mind you I checked in at 4 in the afternoon. She was really rude asking me my last name at this point I was half asleep so I told her spelled it out for her and asked her what was going on. She stated we take situations like this seriously which I had no clue what she was talking about and told her I checked into this room at 4 pm. At this point I'm now wide awake even though I had to be up really early to go to a jobsite so she calls the room back saying there was a mistake and she was sorry and that the guest that walked in told her I had a fun which I don't ever carry one on my person which I replied ma'am I was ound sleep when they came in and a simple call to the room would have been easier and I would have let you search the room with no issues. Or have the cops come to the room and I would have understood. But to blatantly pound on the door and demand I open the door or you will and be rude to a guest was uncalled for. I will be calling and speaking with management today as management was not on-site when I left this morning. And the worst part is instead of taking responsibility she continued to blame the person the worked the shift before. While yes it could have been that person's fault for the mix up in the computer I truly believe how it was handled was 100 percent wrong. Like I said I'm in the area for work every month and I stay at this location but they now...

Bathroom faucet missing a part so water sprays everywhere, tub drain laying in tub, not over the drain, cobwebs in the corner ceiling. The bed was comfortable but it doesn’t matter when a group of over 20 A-holes are allowed to party by the pool with an entire bar set up until after 5AM. I thought my biggest concern would be the highway noise, NOPE, the highway noise was gentle background noise compared to the loud talking and laughing by the disrespectful, drunken party morons. I saw night staff out there with them a few times but apparently not to close down the party. She said they told her they’d shut down the grill. Great, some left but the loud ones must have decided they didn’t have to leave. As long as I wasn’t able to sleep, I checked out. The sole purpose of getting the room was to sleep. I want my damn money back. I drove 12 hours and had another 12 to drive but couldn’t sleep. I was expecting to have the ability to sleep and not be kept awake all night by a bunch of drunks allowed to use the pool and grill area by my room to party until the sun came up. I’ve stayed here before when traveling through but this will be my last time. If staff couldn’t control their guests this time there’s no reason to expect things to change.|All I got was an email from the manager saying he’d share my experience with staff. That’s the response for every negative review they get yet...

There's a blonde woman with curly hair who works here, who is one of those people that as soon as they get the tiniest bit of power they way overuse it, and she's very rude about it. Me and two people in my group and I came into the breakfast area less than five minutes after it closed, and the food was still there. She walked in as we were grabbing some (and there was quite a lot left over), and she rudely told us to put the food we had already grabbed back because it was passed breakfast time. I asked her, "So you're going to throw out all this food instead of letting us eat it?" She responded,"No, we're going to reuse it tomorrow." I immediately responded by saying,"Ew, don't tell people that!" And she just said "Well..." and had nothing else to say. Needless to say, we didn't want any breakfast from here the rest of the days we stayed. We had several other interactions with her, and she always seemed to be in a bad mood.
