Read moreThe last 3 times I experienced Namaste Flavours I had excellent food, believe me I don't eat there because they make you feel like a valued customer on the contrary they make you feel like they are doing you a favor by serving you. They seem to treat the AMERICAN HERITAGE with LESS RESPECT than there own IT OBVIOUS.. Today put the icing on the cake so I am writing this review. I entered Namaste Flavours and it was pretty empty there was only one table beside's myself.the host said to sit anywhere and I sat at a table the he approached and said you can"t sit there, I have sat there almost everytime i've been there, so I moved. for those of you who know Namaste Flavours they charge good money but you have to go to a table and get you're own plate, napkin, fork, drinking cup. They give you a pitcher of water. After eating I went to the rest room and when I turned on the lights the cockroaches were running for cover baby ones and adult ones. They say you can tell a good restaurant by how clean the bathrooms are. That whole hallway leading to the bathrooms are unacceptable. . Then when I went to cash out the host said, "GO AND CLEAR OFF YOU"RE TABLE" I did"nt feel small in front of the customers waiting for to go orders, I'm better then that. Then I handed him my AMEX card and he said they don't except that card. My recommendation is put up a sign that says NO SEATING in this area at this time, Get your own set ups instead of letting someone sit there waiting for them and post something thats visible for people to see what credit cards you take. Treat people like PEOPLE not like OBJECTS and call an exterminator, its noy mandatory that ROACHES have to be in the building. Other than that the...
I've been a loyal patron of Namaste Flavours for over a decade, and every time I dine or order takeout from this delightful Indian restaurant, it never fails to meet or exceed my expectations. Recently, I had the pleasure of introducing some of my non-Indian friends to this culinary gem, and I'm thrilled to report that they too were utterly impressed and relished all the dishes.
We started our culinary journey with an array of appetizers that set the stage for an exceptional meal. The Gobi 65, Goat Sukka, Special Chicken 555, and Baby Corn Manchuria were a burst of flavors. The Gobi 65 offered the perfect balance of spice and crunch, while the Goat Sukka was an aromatic delight. The Special Chicken 555 had a unique blend of spices that had our taste buds dancing, and the Baby Corn Manchuria was a sweet and tangy treat. It was an appetizing beginning that left us eager for more. Our main course choices showcased the rich diversity of Indian cuisine. We savored the creamy indulgence of Malai Kofta, the robust flavors of Kadai Paneer, the fiery kick of Chicken Vindaloo, and the tender succulence of Goat Curry. Paired with the fragrant Kashmiri and garlic naans, every bite was a revelation. To cap off our meal, we indulged in the sweet pleasures of Gulab Jamun and Double ka Meetha. These desserts were the perfect ending to an outstanding meal, with the Gulab Jamun's syrupy sweetness and the Double ka Meetha's comforting warmth.
In summary, Namaste Flavours is a restaurant that consistently delivers delicious food and exceptional service. My heartfelt thanks to the Namaste team for their dedication to serving delectable food. This visit was yet another testament to their...
Read moreHello Manager I am posting the same message I shared with the manager. One of your team member share your number to reach out to share the concern directly to you.
I always call Namaste and order food since Namaste was one of the favorite place. But not anymore.
This is the second time I am experiencing the bad quality of the food. There was no action taken for my first complaint couple of weeks before November 2023. And again I ordered the food having the trust of getting good food. Probably you can pull the order. I was waiting over the counter for longer time than estimated on the pick up day- not a big issue, this is expected from Namaste as you guys are busy in town.
But the real problem was food quality was so bad…
None of the food was good from my order except two naan.
Ginger chicken was too much spicy and oily and some unexpected food color I believe was added. The color was not going out of hand until the next day evening.
Street side chicken was too much spicy(promoted and sold by order handled person) and some unexpected additives which was no one liked after the first bite.
Ghee roast chicken biriyani was like watery pongal feel sticky and the Marsala was not blended and no flavor of biriyani.
I communicated to the people who takes order and they shared manger number to share the concern.
Manager did not pick up calls and send message later of the day as he was busy and told me he would call next day.
No one called me to listen the concern. We are paying for food to have good variety of Indian food from Indian cuisine. But things should not go bad because of crowd , quality and service first for food business service....
