Olee's Pizza Farmington — Restaurant in Farmington

We ordered a large extra cheese pizza & wings which they said would be ready in 15 minutes. 5 minutes after order, I started car w/ remote starter & left before car turned off then drove 5 minutes down the road to Olee's to pickup. (We live next to Mama Luke's.) I drove back down the street & the pizza got cold enough to where my girl that didnt want it because it wasnt fresh/hot.

I got a partial refund because food was eaten, but it was only 2 slices & 3 wings. Dont you have to try the food to find out its not good? But what large pizza is ready within 15 minutes or less (then a premade or rewarmed pizza) then completely cold when returned in less than 28 minutes on a warm summer day?

See even with our food/money we are getting played & cheated aka a knee on our pockets! Why didnt we get a full refund like the others (aka lighter pursuasion) or anyone else who complained? (We even take loses when we get sub par food from local places we support then eating at the big chain restaurants.)

Like the other people commented, dont rush peoples food or give them less then your best so that you can keep business going during these...

I've been getting takeout from here for 11 years so I have experienced both owners, sadly the new owners are awful I've tried it now a couple times the food quality has declined severely but what really is upsetting is they also overcharge I'll give an example I spent money on a Philly cheesesteak they charge the same amount as Jersey Mike's and it had a quarter of the meat and it was dry it wasn't even edible and it had no flavor and they're going to roll almost tasted stale I don't know what they've changed but the calzone used to be phenomenal and it has no flavor the dough is different and it's smaller and more expensive.I ordered a 15 piece wing and I got only two drumsticks in total that's not really cool it's kind of cheap and sends a message that's not positive to the customer. The grinders and such are for the amount of money that you pay for an 18-in grinder they barely put any meat or anything on then, seriously on an 18-in tuna grinder I got four very small slices of tomato spread out it was ridiculous, it's just sad to see a place that has potential and ruin it with this...

Awful customer service!! I have been ordering from Olees for years. I’ve never had an issue until tonight. They messed up my pizza order and when I called, they proceeded to tell me it was MY mistake (even though I had them repeat the order to me and called back twice inbetween the place of my order and pick up and repeated my order each time, as well as repeating it when I picked it up). When I spoke to who I believe was the owner, he continued to tell me it was my mistake, said I had to bring the pizza back across town, refused to have the correct pizza delivered because they didn’t have time or the drivers to make time, and then HUNG UP on me! I drive back, and instead of handing me the pizza and taking the one that I had, they put it on the table and walked away. The girl at the register pointed to it and said “that’s yours”. No apology, nothing. I have never been so disrespected! We all make mistakes, but the way this was handled was absolutely ridiculous!! I get it’s Friday and they’re probably busy, but you should never ever disrespect your customers let alone hang...
