Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Farmington

Ordered deluxe with guacamole, no guacamole yet here's the charge. The next day we walked several blocks for fresh cinnamon rolls, when we returned they were stale and hard. Thus far my experience with this establishment is poor. Yet another restaurant which you have to check your entire order before you leave as the staff is either unwilling or incapable of doing it right the first time. I've worked several cooking and fast food positions and seriously, if the customer orders it and the cashier rings it up, there's no reason the line can't make it right. For the prices charged here they'd damn well better do it right...

The food is always good here and I’ve never had bad service! But I’m leaving this review after the experience I had with Gabriel!!! I called in a larger order for us at Urgent Care! He took extra care that our orders were correct, he was courteous, and he handled each separate payment perfectly! The food was ready and he helped me bag up everyone’s order! He offered me a drink for myself and he got the drinks filled for me at the self service station! That extra care seriously made my day and reminded me that good...

Schlotzsky's is a nice alternative to other national chain sandwich shops. This location is conveniently located next to one of the larger grocery stores in farmington. I really like the unique take on round sandwiches instead of defaulting to copying the sub sandwich format. Be warned that the large is monstrous in size!
