I went there for a take out order and The location was very clean, the bar was well stocked, the ladies were nice and working quickly, but the guy that was taking our order clearly needs more training. Usually, I have more patience and understanding since Ive worked in food service and know how it is sometimes confusing taking orders. When we finished and I asked for my receipt, he told me to hold on and just stared at the back counter for something... then he started to get the cups for our drinks. He then asked me to repeat our 4 drinks (2 pepsi, 1 MD, and 1 Sweet Tea) while he was holding our receipt with our drinks on it. So I asked him if i could have my receipt and he tells me to hold on again. He gave us the two pepsi cups and the md and told us our food would be right out. I reminded him yet again that we had ordered a Sweet Tea, asked if we could have a drink carrier, and for our receipt (now desperately nervous that our order is wrong with all of the confusion with only four drinks and being refused to see it)! He brought us a 2 cup carrier and to get our tea. When he came back, he saw the mistake, switched it out and once again said that our order would be out shortly! "May I Have My Receipt Please!" I exclaimed and he finally handed it over after looking around for it! I checked the receipt and it looked ok, but after we got our food and rushed to the car to check it, they gave us a 6 piece instead of a 12 piece. So I LUCKILY HAD MY RECEIPT TO GO BACK! Went back in and showed them the mistake and while I was in there, someone exclaimed that the guy lost another receipt! Read moreI come to this location all the time the customer service is simple terrible. The manager did an absolute horrible job by choosing his staff. Ethan is very rude, he likes to blocks things out I say when I order and re-asks it again because he chose not to listen the first time. Ive worked in FoodLion, Panera, and wawa it is not hard to hear what the customer has to say first before you try to interrupt them. Another young African American girl was on register with Ethan today 1/31 around 2pm and she decided to take a little milkshake sip break while there was four people behind me.... don't you think this is something you should WAIT until the line is empty? it didn't sit right with me. Im not going to open the panera drive thru window and take a sip of my drink in front of my customer. Then I asked Ethan for 3 simple sauces "buffalo, honey mustard and cfa sauce" you know what was his response? "ah jeez" Excuse me? I can sauce up my food and when I got my order I got BBQ, RANCH, and cfa sauce. I dealt with it even though I wasn't pleased, but then I got up because I wanted WHAT I HAD ASKED FOR. and it took exactly 5 minutes for the staff to get to me and they didn't even get to ME i had to get THEM, 4 people saw me and including the manager saw me standing there and didn't even come up to me to ask what I needed. Read moreThis is the absolute worst Chick-fil-A experience I have ever had. This is my second visit. Will not be going back. Workers that can’t comprehend orders and simple requests. Rude. Was overcharged because I wanted to purchase a combo but be charged for a gallon lemonade instead of a drink. I use to work at Chick-fil-A, they make more money by someone purchasing a gallon, but the manager even came over and told the worker to ring everything up separately, causing me to pay for everything individually, which is no longer a combo price. So both employees didn’t had no care in taking care of me as the customer. On top of that, they wouldn’t honor the app with a reward that I had earned as a customer. The my pleasure by the manger, was absolutely fake and just verbatim. The manager ran out of lemonade and had to go back to get more and refill. I could see her standing around and talking in the back instead of getting more. She didn’t come back out and say sorry for the wait or try to make it right in any sort of way. Overall, they just had no integrity to take care of a customer. I’m not sure who is running this offshoot of Longwoods campus, but it doesn’t hold a inkling of Christian resemblance.
