Cannot even rate this place! Go through the drive thru ordered 2 whoppers one as a meal and added a cheese cake and a hershey's pie! Pay for the order and told thank you have a nice day and I pull forward to the next window. I am asked for my card again as it was not scanned properly for payment (mind you there was nothing wrong with my card, just their inability to properly process a card payment). I was then given my order and I leave, only to have to return because they forgot the cake and pies. I called as soon as I noticed that they were missing! I was told over and over that she made a mistake. Really, it is theft when I pay for something and you don't give me the goods in return!!!! They should have offered to bring the items that they owed me but no they are too busy. Really, no they were not!!!! When I asked for the corporate number the manager rattled it off and when I hung up with him I called it. No specific greeting as to whom I was calling. Not sure it is a correct number or not, if it is it is not very professional! I ended up having to drive back to them to retrieve my items. Only thing the manager stated was I was rude and they make mistakes! I will admit I was hot but not rude! He should be trained to be a proper manager and more customer oriented. Read moreI've never met a worse manager in my life. First of all, the drive thru was down. No big deal, we'll go inside & order our shakes. My daughter wanted a twix shake, they only had chocolate, vanilla & oreo. Ok, she'll have oreo. The manager had an awful attitude the whole time. Well, my daughter dropped her shake on the floor while we were waiting for the other 2 shakes. The lady making the shakes and the cashier were incredibly nice & understanding. The manager turned around & said, "what the hell!" Then turned to the girl making my daughter another shake (free of charge which was ssssoooooo sweet of her, although I was willing to pay for another one) & said "they made a damn mess out there!" Audibly, so everyone in the place could hear. My daughter was so embarrassed & wanted to clean it up. She held it together but she was incredibly upset by the comments the manager was making. If it wasn't for the fact my daughter was with me, I would have gone off on that woman. I will be contacting the franchise owner, as well as the corporate company. That woman needs to be fired. Read moreI've been managing here at the farmville location over a year now & I have to say that working with Jason viars has been a most uncomfortable experience. He doesn't communicate with the managerial team, he hires people based off of nothing, he doesn't understand what it means to be a team. I was suspended last week for being with my family during my nephew's going away. I'm at the point where I'm ready to quit this job & move on to the next. I literally have been homeless for 2 weeks & he still didn't take any of this into consideration. I knocked out over 500 lbs of ice from the freezer the day before & transported it outside. Where is my appreciation? This store has gone up & now its going down. I'm ready to leave. The district manager doesn't even involve himself u less he has personal gain involved....
