Hardee’s — Restaurant in Farmville

Hands down the worst service I've ever received in fast food drive-thru in my life. I say that with no spite, completely unbiased. Let me explain. I ordered a number two, which is a super star burger meal, with NO onions and a SWEET tea. I sit at the window for nearly 10 minutes, while they constantly pull cars left and right, to the point where it makes a miniature traffic jam, as seen in the picture I have shared. Nobody could get out. When I did get my food, not only was it cold but I got onion rings instead of fries and EXTRA onions on my burger, plus the tea was UNSWEET. Basically, they made the polar opposite of what I ordered. When they failed to give me my drink before I left, I had to ask for it , at which point the little girl rolled her eyes at me and almost threw my drink in my face. And then I was promptly shooed out of drive-through along with the other people they made a traffic jam with. Having been management in fast food for a good number of years, I can say from experience that my bosses would have had my head on a platter for allowing my store to run that way and my staff to operate that way. Also, having been a correctional officer for a good number years, I can also say that I have seen inmates who cared more about their job than these people do. My message to the staff of this fast food joint is that if your job here is such a burden, keep in mind that Walmart is currently hiring and start people off at $11 an hour. It's not the worst Hardee's I have been to, but it's not a good one either. The drive through, they have customers pull up after paying so that the service timer stops running. They will hound you to move up even if no one is behind you. This has to be a manager that is setting this expectation to keep customer service times artificially low.

I have gotten wrong orders at the drive through multiple times but it doesn't stop me from rolling the dice here from time to time to break up the limited number of other fast food available in Farmville.

Why this place gets a 2 star instead of a 1 star is because as far as I can tell, it is clean and I have never gotten sick here. That's more than can be said of many fast food restaurants in town. I will make sure to update my review if that changes or they stop asking customers to drive up and fix their actual service time, I have waited over 20 minutes on at least 2 different occasions here even though that is...

Restaurant was clean. Restrooms were clean. Staff were upbeat and cheerful. My mother and came to try the new Beyond Meat Charburger. They greeted us wonderfully. We even explained that my mother is allergic to beef and pork. They assured her that the Beyond Meat was cooked separately from their beef products. The manager even stopped what she was doing to come talk with us. She had a great attitude and was very attentive to our needs. When they brought our dood to our table the young lady amde sure to tell us the difference in the burgers based on our condiment choices.
