I have never been treated more inappropriately or unprofessionally by a member of management at an establishment. After being lied to when my order was 35 min late I asked for an update to be told it was just coming out of the oven. As I waited another 15 min I asked the status and she indicates it was ready to go in. I was the only customer there in the 55 min I spent at the establishment. When I confronted the mgr about lying she got confrontational, and a huge attitude. I informed her people wouldn't be upset if you didn't say it was coming out of the oven any minute and repeated my order. She then lied again saying that she didn't know my order. After repeating it back to me. Only customer. So as she continues to argue with me I had waited over 45 min and still no order even in the oven. As another staff member ignored situation when I asked her for contact info. I asked the lady for corp office and her name so I can file a complaint. She threatens to call police. Told her to call them I haven't broken any laws. Then tells me to leave her store. All because she told multiple lies. She then calls the district mgr and lies to her about the situation. As I try to explain to the district mgr over her cause she won't give me any info or her name. She walks away so the district mgr cannot hear what truly is happening. I asked her name and refused over 5x. Other staff member also would not give me her name. Told me she is not going to get involved. Mgr then tells me to walk behind the counter and look at the wall to get the corporate number myself. I refused as she countinues to lie and manipulate situation. I ask for a refund as she continues to yell at Me if if shut up my order would be in the oven. It only takes 6 min to cook. As we are over 50 min in waiting. Called and talked to corporate office on my own. They state district mgr will call me and not one attempt to contact me. I will never visit this business again. As a business owner I cannot believe they condone her behavior and support her treatment of a customer in this manner. I finally leave the establishment and she said some very inappropriate comment as I walk outside. I then went back in and said okay I need a name and I'm calling corporate from here. Whoever sees this I hope you beware and I hope the owners read this and take some action. Because this is totally inappropriate behavior and as a business owner I'd want to know who was representing my brand and business in this manner. As I told her in the beginning had you just been honest, it wouldn't have been an issue but you've now lied 4x and refused all info regarding corporate and your name or who to contact. Needless to say I am no longer a customer of dominos. she also ripped off her sweatshirt and clothes next to the pizza oven where food is cooking threw it down in the area and put on an apron. Went into the freezer to get ingredients and back to making food without washing her hands. Pizza ordered, when it did not arrive via delivery, she went to the store. Tyler gave her the pizzas she ordered, COLD saying "we are short staffed". He offered to give discount, sayings "we are short staffed" she ask for fresh pizzas at full price. Tyler refused, saying "we are short staffed" giving her the cold pizza and all the employees working told her to leave, shouting good bye to her. Refusing to make fresh hot pizzas. Tyler did not charge her, he thought giving her free cold pizza was appropriate. Completely unethical and not moral. She tried to tell him she will wait for fresh pizza. He refused, yelling at her to leave. She was bullied by the staff. If there is video I am positive Dominos would not support this pack mentality behavior. I just have to say how proud I am of the staff tonight November 30th 2019. Tonight I witnessed the best and worst in people. A little backstory... I am stuck in Ogden Utah due to the weather and all roads being closed. My family and I went to visit my mother in Idaho for the holidays and on the return home we got stuck due weather. We decided to stay at the comfort inn just adjacent to your local Domino's. We decided to order out, (as did all of Ogden it seems) rather than brave the cold. While we waited patiently, we heard such negativity from patrons. All the while, no one noticed how many orders were leaving the store. Last I saw in the nine hundreds. I am an honorable disabled veteran and my wife deploys in one month, so to me and her, time is everything. We are trained to observe our surroundings and to treat everyone with dignity and respect. The amount of negative comments this crew had to deal with while keeping composure was impressive to me. I know by tomorrow, there will be a ton of negative comments about their personal experience.
