Fruition Cafe — Restaurant in Farragut

I have no idea why this place has good reviews… maybe because it seems like you’re eating healthy..?? The cheese is processed American cheese, possibly even the single wrap variety and the turkey was the same. On top of that, the cheese on the hot panini wasn’t even melted on any of our sandwiches. We ordered a small raspberry smoothie and a medium strawberry banana smoothie and were charged for two mediums. We had two $7 sandwiches, one $5 sandwich, two smoothies and a bag of chips and were over charged by $8! When we questioned the bill we were immediately snapped at by the owner. Aside from all this, previous posters have said this place was clean… there was an open jar of peanut butter just sitting out and several used yogurt containers filled with who knows what that looked like they had been refilled several times without being cleaned. My favorite cafe!! Fresh, healthy, delicious menu. The cafe is immaculate and inviting. The owner, Grace, is a total delight! I found Fruition many years ago while living in Knoxville. I immediately became a frequent customer. I now happily live in Florida. However, one of the few things I miss; Grace and Fruition Cafe. The menu is exciting, fresh and diverse. Literally, there is something for everyone. There is nothing served here less than delicious. My favorite is the tuna melt on flatbread. Best tuna melt on the planet!! Of course, if tuna is not your choice, you have many options available when you can choose bread type, veggies, cheeses and condiments. May I also recommend the pasta salad for a side. My first time eating at Fruition Cafe was great! Staff was friendly and food was delicious. Would definitely recommend and return!

I was in the area waiting for a tire rotation/balance at the Discount Tire nearby and I had my dog with me. Typically I will go to Buddy's BBQ right across the street due to familiarity and habit, but since I had my dog with me I was looking for a place with outside seating. I decided to give Fruition Cafe a try, since they had a couple bistro tables. The staff was very friendly and didn't mind that I left my dog at the table outside. I ordered the Circle (or Circolo) Panini (per their recommendation) and a guava mango smoothie. Both were delicious and I paid less if not about the same as I would have ordering at Buddy's.
