I had such a horrible experience on July 19th.I am 7 months pregnant and just wanted some tacos. The food was so awful and with barely any meat. I ended up puking it up a couple hours later. I went ahead and deleted the app because I dont plan to ever go back. I placed an order on the for the "Dinner for two" meal. I showed up 20 minutes later at the restaurant to give them time. When I get there I'm excited to see there were only a couple cars in the parking lot and no one in the drive thru. I pull up to the window to be greeted rudely. The big guy running the drive thru comes over the speaker to tell me since I have such a big order to sit at the speaker and DO NOT pull up until he tells me to. This is fine but he didn't have to so rude when all Ive said at this point is Hello and my name for the order. After a while I have two cars behind me so I tell that to the speaker. He comes over and says they are going to be waiting anyway because of my order so to keep setting there. After a few more minutes he tells me I can finally pull around. I pull him to see him make eye contact and come to the window with my bag. Burt he decides to go back and put the person on the speakers order in first. He comes back to the window and says here grab the bottom. I just ask " Is the sauce in there ?" He says sternly "Everything is in there" very rudely. Not only was the service bad but the food was horrible. Don't waste...
Read moreThis location is top notch as far as I'm concerned. With customer service down the drain these days, this restaurant is in the top. Today was my second time visiting this location. Just like last time, the person working drive through spoke clearly and repeated my order back a few times. My order at the window this time was correct, no issues just like the last time. I ordered a chicken quesadilla this time, and it is exactly how I picture a chicken quesadilla tasting. There was not an abundance of sauce in it making my mouth burn. There wasn't a ton of chicken but it was just enough that I was satisfied. I used to live in Chicago, Illinois and this location down here blows every location away up there. No matter what location I went to something was missing or they over did the sauce on the quesdilla making it drip while eating it. Staff here is very friendly. Many thanks and kudos to the store owner and manager of this location. Having such great customer service is what makes me happy. The food is just a bonus. I will make sure to stop by any time I'm in the area and want taco bell, and I will lost definitely recommend this location to everyone. (I actually drove out of my way these last 2 times to this location, and I haven't been...
Read moreThis is the second time in two weeks that I've driven here only to be told that they're out of vegetables, sour cream, and several other things. That's right - the TACO BELL 2 minutes away from Kroger has managed to run out of TACO INGREDIENTS twice in one week.
Okay, fine, whatever. It happens. Logistics, right? I'm not sure why the cashier needed to be so rude about it but what else is new?
Now, this was at about 11PM. I was the only one in line and nobody was in the lobby. I made sure to be nice to the rude cashier because surely she was having one hell of a night.
With all of these things in mind, let me ask you this - how is it that every single item that I ordered was AT LEAST an hour old?
Naked chicken chalupa? Soggy and cold. Regular chalupa? Soggy, cold, and devoid of any crunch. Every bit of beef was cold to the touch and absolutely gag inducing. The burrito looks like it was smashed with a hammer before being violently thrown into the bag mid-wrap. They even managed to make the cinnamon twists cold and stale, and I've NEVER had a bad cinnamon twist in my entire life.
If you're still reading this, a word of advice - stay far away. The McDonald's next door and the Wendy's across the street are, in my opinion,...
