Starbucks — Restaurant in Fate

Worst Frappuccino drink ever made, wow. They are still training I think! They were also a bit rude at the drive thru! Not courteous young staff at the window (very odd), some attitude in handing someone a drink (so odd).

Update several days later: we tried them again tonight and mixed result. This time two Frappuccinos. One was good and one was yucky, but may have just been a bad "new" item selection. I would not recommend the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino as it for some reason has whip cream at the bottom of the cup (white thick layer) and a LOT of chocolate. If you love oreo beyond anything in the world, maybe this is for you (we thought oreos mixed with a small drop of coffee). Seemed like near...

Employees are absolutely awful here. Whoever the manager is should be fired or heavily retrained on customer service. Never in my life have I had an employee literally over charge me for my drink, TELL ME straight to my face that they overcharged me for it.. then gave me a cup that was NOT EVEN FULL, and blame me for it. Actually blamed me for it. It’s really unbelievable, if I hadn’t experienced it myself I’d find it hard to imagine. Starbucks is a serious waste of space. I can’t wait for a different coffee place to open nearby so that customers actually have a chance to buy a decent coffee from decent employees at a respectable price....

This is why I love Starbucks! I accidentally ordered on the app from the wrong store. I was in a hurry and would’ve taken 20 minutes just to turn around to come to this store. I called to explain the situation. Not only were they kind and understanding, but they helped me still go pick up my coffee at the next Starbucks because I already paid for it on the app! I was having the most stressful morning already, made my day so much better! I wish their names so that I could shout them out. I hope both of them see this post and shout themselves out, because they deserve recognition!! It was a girl I spoke with first and then a guy....
