Salad and Go — Restaurant in Fate

Stopped by the location in Fate,TX and picked up 2 steak fajita salads. I didn’t check the bag when it was handed to me at the drive thru. 20min later got home and they didn’t give me the salad dressing. That sucks, but things happen. Put the salads in the fridge and went to work that night. The next day after work I drove back and explained what happened to the employee working and that I needed the 2 packets of salad dressing. I was met with surliness and attitude but she did get them for me. But after handing them to me said “next time bring your receipt or call ahead”. First of all next time? How about you give me what I’m supposed to get the first time. And the idiocy of suggesting I would take time out of my busy day to make this story up. I recently visited Salad to Go, and I have to say, their breakfast burrito is a game changer! They offer huge portions with plenty of vegetarian options, and I can't get enough of their amazing green salsa – it really elevates the meal.

But what truly stands out is their cold brew coffee! It's refreshing, and the price is exceptional, making it a perfect pairing with the burrito. While I was in the drive-through, I struck up a conversation with the staff, and it was great to hear that she really enjoyed her job. That positive attitude makes a noticeable difference in the overall experience!
