Asian Dragon — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I will start off on a positive note, the only good thing about this was the cashier manager, Justin. He was extremely pleasant and as helpful as he could be. I picked up an order from this place and 10 minutes into eating it I thought half of a roach in my egg drop soup and upon inspecting my child orange chicken I found a roach legs. I immediately called the restaurant and was hung up on by the woman who answered the phone. When I called back Justin answered and told me that I would be given a full refund. I received a call from Justin about 20 minutes later stating that his manager was not going to allow him to offer me the refund without me bringing the food back in. I at time was home alone with my daughter who was sleeping so had no way of going to the restaurant so I asked if they could come to me the manager refused and said that I would not be getting a refund even though Justin offered to come and pick the food up. I told the manager that if I did not receive a full refund I would be filing a complaint with the health department and all he said was go ahead I don’t care. So beware, do not get food from this restaurant or you will end up eating roaches roaches and the manager will do absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. This was my first and last time ordering from here. They listed Pad Thai on their menu. This was absolutely the worst Pad Thai I have ever had. I ordered a chicken Pad Thai for myself and a shrimp Pad Thai for someone else.

The plus is they packed the containers full. However, both were not edible. They were a weird orange color and moderately spiced with no flavor profile in either of them. I tried to salvage both of them and doctor them up, but there was no point in trying that as they were so bad.

The rice noodles appear to have been leftover from a previous dish and chopped up. The peanuts were just thrown in whole. The egg was mushy. The chicken was cooked, but had no flavor at all and was bland. There was no bean sprouts or scallion, no fish sauce, no flavoring of any kind. This entire dish was thrown together in abundance.

We threw it out and ended up ordering from Prik Thai where we should have ordered from in the first place. Don't do Pad Thai such a disservice. If you're not going to do it right, don't...

I ordered 3 chicken nuggets and fries. I get this almost all the time never experienced a disappointment like this .The food probably was re cooked all the were over cooked to a crisp like chips.I called like always and its always an issue with getting things done correctly.
