Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fayetteville

07/09/23 Well, against my better judgment, I went back today.

I waited about 10 minutes for an acknowledgment, then another 10 more minutes to get my food.

Only three people are there today, which is kinda usual.

When Ms. Lady brought my food to me, she seemed surprised that I had ordered two drinks and asked for my cups. I stood there forever waiting, and the slow Ms. Unmotivated looked at me about four times. Mr. Gentleman, the best part of this Taco Bell, noticed I and three other folks, who had been there for 30 minutes, still waiting for our food. That was when Ms. Lady started telling him how to make my order. Ms. Unmotivated stared trying to point blame on Mr. Gentleman for why none of us had been served yet, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. At home, I had everything, for once, but the food was not, as usual, made as ordered. Oh, and either the soda was all syrup or no syrup. Ms. Unmotivated got me some from the back and it even tasted terrible. I'm done, three strikes.....

06/27/2023 - I tried again. The Servers need to pay better attention. Again, I got home without an item. Plus, what we did get wasn't made as we asked. It's definitely not made our way. Please start marking each food item so's we don't have to open everyone's food in order to figure out who is who's, please. However, we won't be back for a while. VERY DISAPPOINTED

It's better than usual. What I mean is, I got home with everyone's food for once. The food tastes good always, though....

Has always been to this Taco Bell (At night only) since arriving in Fayeteville and ran into multiple complications throughout the years, so it is time to write a review. The food is half-a** cooked on most nights, with the employees always giving nastiest attitude. They are rude and very unprofessional, specially the female employees they have taking orders and giving out food.

Most of the time they don’t even take regular orders, but insist on doing door-dash and uber orders only. Morning of 06/30/2024 at around 01:10 AM I went to the drive through on the way home and they said that they only do door-dash orders, so I placed one. When my food was ready for pick up, there were vehicles ordering food normally which was 20 minutes later of me placing my order. When I picked it up the employee was rude, and was very unpleasant. She also took her time on giving us our food which was 10 minutes later. I also ordered multiple items and asked for one of them with no sour-cream since I am allergic. When we received our food, there were no labels indicating which item was which. We were also missing items on our order as well.

I usually do not write reviews unless it is needed and gave me a very bad experience. The picture on this review was the female employee that usually gives me a bad taste at...

Never wrote a review because frankly i don't find the need to unless it is extraordinary or completely the worse service I have every gotten. This restaurant certainly has the worse service probably i have ever seen. Not on only one occasion but two! First time was my wife and I pulling through the drive-thru window ordering our food and realizing they only gave us half our order. Myself went back in the restaurant asking for the rest of the order with receipt but this did not happen. Instead i was met with a manager telling me,"She thinks the backline made the food and I should go check my vehicle for the rest."This was only one minute later after my order... How do you not have a tracking system for food? By the way never got the my food. Next occasion myself(only) pulling through the drive-thru again(biggest mistake of my life) and then asked to pull forward and wait for food. This was no problem for me at all. Then to my demise i was meant with half my order again. Really? I asked where my drink was she answered with her mouth full of food. " I will go find it.".... Really? Why are you eating while giving my food to me? Then she comes back and i ask her for sauce? She comes back with food in her mouth with sauce. Then i just noticed my order is wrong! OMG...
