Went there to use a coupon I had on my phone when I went to order I had to give the code twice to the girl. She never asked what drinks I wanted with my order but I just put that to the back burner and told myself when I get to the window I would tell her the drinks since she never asks what drinks we wanted. When I get to the window she again asks for the coupon thankfully the Burger King app allowed me to pull it up one more time so I gave it to her for the third time. Then after using the coupon did something to the order changed it and then said okay your total is 20 something dollars which didn't make sense because the coupon I use I use it all the time and my totals always ends up being 17. When I asked what's going on why for the third time they're not getting my coupon to work they couldn't give me a clear answer we both got frustrated with each other and they told me to leave. Had wait an additional 15 minutes for my customer's order to be made which is unacceptable for a restaurant such as Burger King that doesn't offer any food that takes that long to cook and prepare. Other workers tiredness was very visible even through their mask, giving off I don't really care attitude, thought partially in their defense it was around Christmas but still you should not let your customers see you in such a bad mood. The cashier who appeared to also be the manager was nice and the only person that had a visible smile inspite of having to deal with so much that night from her workers and complaints from drive thru customers. Read moreThe workers here have an attitude problem, the only one that was nice was the cashier and it looked like she was new. When I walked in the manager that was working was out on the floor yelling at her son about getting something out of the car for her. I was never greeted when I walked in when she was standing there. I ordered some nuggets, granted it was a large order to fill. (I tried using the app but it didn't work for me.) The person in the back cooking said very loud I don't understand why they ordered this much food, and just being rude the whole time about my order, while I was there. When I got my order the manager was short with me. I couldn't wait to leave.
