I decided to write a review after someone recommended that I to try this place. I viewed pictures and read reviews only after I left. The pizzas we ordered barely had any cheese on them, the flavor was extremely lacking, the sauce was horrible and the dough was subpar.
If you are using cheap flour please look into selecting a better brand as it is completely evident in the flavoring of the crust. This goes for the sauce that someone else recently complained about as well. Due to me usually only purchasing pizza with premium ingredients upon ingesting I felt sick.
GIVE PEOPLE WHAT THEY PAY FOR. If you are running low on supplies or are out of ingredients to make the dish inform your customers and refuse to sell them items that are not a great representation of what you offer.
If you are not a pizza head or love authentic flavors this may work for you.
The price point is way off. They are selling in my opinion extremely cheap pizza at a premium pizza price.
If you are used to really good pizza this place would unfortunately be a major disappointment.
Furthermore, upon entering I did not feel genuinely welcomed. I felt as if there was more suspicion, wondering and a desire for me to hurry up then focusing on making sure I received the information I needed and I had a great experience. I was never offered a menu or asked if I had any questions as to what I wanted to purchase.
I then discovered that racism is mentioned by a couple of their previous customers. Some appear to be African American. This isn’t good at all due to your location and a good deal of your customers appear to be black. Regardless of your personal preferences or beliefs it should NEVER be evident or expressed in a professional setting.
Lastly, you never know who you are serving. All businesses remain in business by their customer base. Your replies to the customers who gave you a low rating was extremely unprofessional and at times beyond rude.
When people tell you what they think of what you are offering it is during this time that you should be taking notes in order to improve and win their business. Not telling them “you are better off without them”. Many people will read these things and will not visit simply because of the responses you are making towards the people who are keeping you in business.
I have seen this happen time and time again with restaurants in our area who felt as if they didn’t need their customers. Needless to say that by and by they lost the majority of their customer base and had to shut their doors.
If you are planning on making this a long term career, I would definitely advise working on your temper and customer service/customer...
Read moreAbsolutely the best Pizza in Fayetteville! The pizza dough is wonderful and fresh. We ordered a large cheese pizza, the dough is firm enough to hold any toppings you might want to add and playable enough to fold in half without splitting or making a mess (my son likes to fold his). The sauce and cheese were perfecto from tip to crust! The ingredients are top quality! The restaurant was nice, clean and quiet, no loud music or dusty decor here. The sounds from the open kitchen are comforting as the chef slaps the dough from hand to hand and tosses it high into the air to achieve the perfect thin Italian style crust I love so very much. They have a Sicilian deep dish that I am sure is equally amazing if that is more your style. The cheese pizza is not dripping with oil, it isn't soggy, it is super light on the tummy and covered completely with delicious mozzarella. The sauce is house made as well, not too sweet and not too savory. I'm sure it tastes great on anything it touches. We also had an order of garlic parmesan wings with a side of house ranch. The ranch wasn't necessary, but delicious. They also have blue cheese if that's more your thing. The wings were crisp, just a dusting of flour perhaps if any was used at all. The pieces of chicken were plump and juicy beyond their perfectly crisp exterior. To finish off an already amazing meal we ordered the house made tiramisu... Amazing! The tiramisu was fresh and light, the bottom layer of lady fingers drenched in intense espresso, a perfect ending to a perfect meal. Our server was thoughtful, attentive and kind. Did I mention the sound of real Italians coming from the kitchen? Yes, real Italians; they were engaging and friendly with all their customers, sincere without being cheeky or over the top. A true diamond in the ruff, as they say. Humble people, amazing food and the prices were unbeatable. "A slice a day keeps the sad away!" Truer words have never been spoken. We are looking forward to coming back! *They have gluten free dough and pasta alternatives on the menu for those with celiac. We have gluten sensitivities but the quality spoke for itself (or better said, didn't speak at all) No tummy aches here. Our tummies are quiet...
Read moreReally not the experience we expected.. he was nice/welcoming & the tea/lemonade were the best part of the visit.. they had a baby in the back that kept their attention. EVERY drink refill we got WE had to get up or ask for it!!! The wings needed work, they weren't Buffalo and the Garlic Parm was only sprinkled on top. The Alfredo i know was frozen and heated up, it was awful with no taste, needed to add a bunch of salt. I ended up asking for more sauce & the sauce he made was delicious definitely wasn't the sauce originally served with the Alfredo. We just won't be back!!!
A baby in a restaurant is VERY unprofessional and unsanitary, the baby was tended by multiple ppl that entered the kitchen, he should've been in ONE designated area!!! Hands weren't being washed!!! Guy came out the bathroom from cleaning with a glove on his hand and entered the kitchen to help you out with the same glove!!! Some folks don't have standards on food but i will speak my mind on our experience. The ranch tasted funny as well!! In the picture you can clearly see it SPRINKLED on the top, there was no wetness to those wings!!!! That extra sauce was made by hand and watery!!! I have the right to speak on our experience!!! The world is short staff but I've still received good service at other places!! I've tasted better FROZEN Alfredo than what i was served at your restaurant!!! Look at the pics you'll see we didn't eat all the food!!! I see the reviews and i see a number of complaints, go take a look and respond to them!!! Don't be so offended love, you are VERY unprofessional with your reply as well!!! We sacrificed paying $25 EACH for our meal!! We drove 3hrs to attend an event and picked y'all place of business to eat, we sat in the car for a min questioning if we should come in or not because it was dead inside.. we should've went with our gut & went elsewhere! Goodnight sir, do better!!!
Even some of the take out customers were getting frustrated... anyway no need in getting all defensive just DO BETTER & add FLAVOR to your food sir. Good luck to your business but you're HIGHLY unprofessional AND HIGHLY unrecommended! I'm glad the other Italian restaurants aren't bad like you...
